great & satisfy hotel for anything activities”

For the first time I enter in these hotel.....I'm very excited, nice reseptionist, good taste & cheap restaurant (food court), room services...is very nice & kind person, the room enough big for the standart hotel, wanna stay for along time if I have some necessity at surabaya I'm so very satisfied to stay at high point services apart.

Nice hotel with good price”

Stay at High Point Serviced Apartment with my family. The hotel is located close to the Airport, 24 hour mini market, campus and a shopping mall. Furniture looks clean and new, WiFi is available in every room and the indoor swimming pool look very nice. Hotel staff are helpful. No children playground and child swimming pool available and the dining area is more like a canteen/food court rather than restaurant. But overall, I was satisfy with the hotel service.

excellent comfortabillity inside”

got there on 9am and can't get in, must wait 1pm for check in, go around the environment which have nothing to be seen, but can think of it as an adventure of itself, tasting surrounding delicacies in traditional warung, food are plenty, in the cheap way, but very delicious food, taste is comparable with 5 stars hotel food. back on 12pm cause nothing much to do except eat eat eat in many warung nearby, and the staff helpfull enough to let me in at that time, not have to wait for 1pm. got into the room and it was not big, it's huge, high value of money spent, bed is also soft and comfortable, airconditioner is cool (not cold). next day, got off to nearest mall and attractions, and only found 1 mall nearby, cito mall, which is just a decent mall to look around, go to other mall which quite far away using taxi cost about 7 - 10 usd, if using local transportation cost only , but taking local transport is only recomended to people who know the way and who's adventurous enough for not getting scared of lost. back to apartment and prepared to meet my messy stuff all over the room's floor, but the housekeeping in which i don't know exist, cleaning up my room to be very clean and comfortable again. use the internet with lan cable (wifi available but poor connection) and the cable internet is very fast, above indonesia's average speed. check out the next day, they let me wait in comfortable lounge when they did the check out . got my deposit money back, and off i went to other area in surabaya. next day in other area i forgot my sandals still left at this hotel, got back there, staff asked me to wait, and got my sandals back. overall impression : excellent service, poor location for having fun travel, but good location if u're a backpacker and want to experience local people hospitality. they are all indeed very friendly.

Serviced apartment”

This serviced apartment near Bundaran Waru inside alley, but far from the city. You can exit to Rungkut or Jl A Yani the main street, but beware of the traffic jam on Work days at Jl A Yani. But the plus point if you from Jakarta, the traffic jam is not as heavy as Jakarta. Quite pleasant apartment, nice and quite clean. Have 2 swimming pool and 2nd and 3rd floor. You have to bring your card key all the time for access to your room floor. No 2nd card key given. So it is quite inconvinient if you want to get out and other just want to stay at hotel. I buy the room without breakfast, just search for breakfast outside the hotel.

Very friendly staff, near to the airport, near to City of Tomorrow shopping mall,near to Bungurasih(Purabaya) bus terminal(to Bromo-Probolinggo).. and takes only 20-30 minutes to Tunjangan/downtown area. The blue bird taxi is always available outside. The room is so spacious,very modern design, with multiple great TV Channel, Fridge, Simple kitchen equipment. Deluxe room consist of one room with queen size bed and one room with single bed. Wifi is working great.Please choose this hotel.Value for your money.

Great spot for a few days to relax and see sights”

This place is great!@! Its really an apartment complex of around 400 rooms and the bodycorp/management run the vacant furnished apartments as a hotel. There were only 15 rooms available when we stayed here. but the numbers presumibly change. There is a food court on the 2nd level and breakfast is taken in a small cafe facing the road. there is a BNI bank in the foyer and plenty of other facilities (like a laundromat and small store) With reasonable prices. The bluebird cab company always maintain 2-3 cabs out front of the building. fares are approx 30 000 to the centre or 75 000 to the airport.

Great Place to Stay”

this establisment is actualy an apartment, located near rungkut industry, one of the main industrial estate in surabaya. the room is spacious with enough equipment to stay in. altough they prepare the stove at the kitchen, however they dont equip with proper equipment to use them. meaning, if you're staying there for business occasion, it would be great, definately you will eat outside. but dont worry, there are several restaurant, yet mostly tradidional for you to have your food, and the food court at the 2nd floor. just to add the facility, they have a swimming pool. but, please acknowlede, they dont have wifi and cable tv.

Big Room Hotel”

Price is reasonable and value for money, room in this hotel is really big, i will back to this hotel if i go to surabaya again. don't forget near hotel is student area so you can find a lot of cheap food there. If you bring sedan car please becareful to park upstair because the incline is to high.

GREAT Deal”

With the price i paid it's a really good deal. Breakfast included, got swimming pool, and even a gym. The room is quite big and clean. Location is in the center of Surabaya, so it's easy to get to everywhere around. The city view from high floor room is also nice.

The service was immaculate, much better than in any place that I ever stayed in surabaya, which is usually known for its high service standards. Personnel was friendly and thoughtful, the rooms clean and spacious, and they accommodated my special requests immediately. This certainly was one of the best hotels I ever stayed, and it also affordable. Well done

High Point Apartment is not that bad if you are only looking for a comfortable bed and decent bathroom during your short stay in Surabaya. Its just that the breakfast is cold, and they forgot to clean up my room on the last day of my stay at the hotel. Imagine how annoying it was to come back late at night only to found out that your room is still messy.

Clean, Spacious, and recommended”

Although it is far from the city, my stay was comfortable as the room is spacious, clean and as expected for a serviced apartment. Nothing to fault other than the location but it is expected as it is near the airport. The pools are good and the food court is inside the building and therefore convenient.

My wife and I were in Surabaya for 24 hours .. and were very pleased. We were given a corner suite on the top (15th) floor .. very good panoramic views. Friends stopped by during our stay, and the spacious living room and kitchen allowed us to entertain them without squeezing into a standard room. We also enjoyed the local street foods within 50-100 metres from the property.

Lovely apartment with friendly staff”

I stayed here for 5 days. The room is surprisingly spacious. Complimentary facilities were available, except the fridge. Air-conditioner was there, yet it was not strong enough to compete with the hot-weather of Surabaya. It was quite easy to find meals with reasonable price within the apartment. They provide our room with brochures of various food stalls (+ their menus), and we can have our meals delivered to our room by calling the respective stall, it was very convenience. For travelers without private vehicle, Blue-Bird taxi in front of the apartment is a recommended option.

Quite a cheap price for a serviced appartment”

This hotel is not in the Surabaya City Centre, but near to Juanda Internation Airport instead. The hotel/serviced apartment service and conditions were good, but the location is not in the main road. You need to get into a small road (sub to the main road) to access this apartment. Therfore, not many attractions/places around this aprtment. The only nearest shopping mall is City of Tomorrow (CiTO) but you need to get Taxi to reach this mall.

Large room”

I've stayed here with my friends. I arrived there at night about 9.15pm and the food court is already closed. I stayed here just for transit before I go to Mount Bromo. The location is quite far from main road but there's a lot of foods stalls around this Service Apartment. It is also near The Square that got Starbucks there which is you can walk about 10mins from this hotel. The room is very large and complete with many pantry. We like this room. Very comfortable. But the breakfast that they provided are very simple. Just a toast bread and coffee/tea. But you can order the ala-carte. The price is quite cheap and the sandwiches was so nice.

hotel with great facilities but low price, features 2 swimming pools, food courts, spas, domestic delivery services, laundry, spacious parking, taxis, airport transfers (with a fee), near the airport, close to the university, has spacious rooms, rooms with kitchenettes, simple design and very clean .. I love to stay here, perfect for relaxing, feels like its own apartment ..

Spacious room and convinience”

I did not expect much when I booked this. But when I got there, I really impress with the room. It spacious and clean. Probably because it still new. The bathroom is clean and the hot water is running well. There is swimming pool and the best thing is you can find food everywhere without hurting your wallet. It is located in Campus area, so the street a little bit busy especially in the rush hour. But overall, I really like this apartment. Will stay there again when I visit Surabaya.

Very handy hotel, close to the airport”

Stayed here after missing a flight out of Surabaya. It was a great little hotel. We had a fully self contained apartment with two rooms and fully air-conditioned. We were smack bang in the middle of a busy little suburb which was great to walk through at night and find something to eat. There are two swimming pools for the kids. Great hotel for a sleep between flights.
