Clean and far from town”
I traveled with my bf and my 2 siblings in the middle of June 2016. We rented (2) rooms with a double bed. We paid PhP 1,000 security deposit per room upon check in but it was refunded back upon check out. We were each given complimentary breakfast tickets to use. The staff were very accommodating especially since we arrived around 11 PM. The rooms were spacious and clean. The view from the window was of neighbors/houses, which was okay (we were out most of the day). The closet had hangers and the A/C worked perfectly (thank you!). Toiletries and (2) complimentary water bottles were provided. The bathrooms were clean but the shower water pressure was just okay. It had hot water but it was hard to find the optimal temperature (only if you're patient enough). Or, it would be hot one second and the next thing, ice cold water. WiFi signal was good, a little choppy at times. It was nice and quiet at night! Breakfast was delicious. There was a list of Filipino breakfast food (rice and meat/eggs) and pancakes. Orange juice aka "Tang" was tasty. The portions were considerably filling, enough to last you until lunch. It is located on Kennon Rd, a bit far from the town center. Jeepneys and buses do ply that area; there is a waiting shed/stop nearby. It is a really nice, cozy little inn in the outskirts of the city. Overall, I'd recommend High Point Boutique Inn.

Quiet, friendly & attentive staff. Great breakfast”
This hotel is comfortable, the staff are friendly & attentive, the breakfast included in tariff is great. The rooms are comfortably old, (as most hotels in Bagiou are) the carpet tiles worn & the bathroom small, the shower head needs replacing & the tile grout is black in places. The lighting in the room is minimal, cabinet door won't shut. Just needs a little maintenance but I was very comfortable & the bed was fantastic. They gave me extra blanket, the staff were fabulous. Its quite a way from town so if you just want to rest its perfect. Free wifi works & overall I enjoyed my stay. The food is good & can be delivered to your room for 10% service charge or eat at their small restaurant inside or outside. The chef gave me a complimentary dessert for my birthday, that was a very nice annd delicious surprise. The hotels in Bagiou are way overpriced for what you get but High Point Boutique Hotel & Restaurant is realistically priced, friendly, quiet & comfortable accommodation away from the city but still close enough with 70-80 pesos taxi ride or jump on a jeepney.

serenity surroundings”
Was a little leery after when through the reviews but we had to experience it ourselves by taking the risk. Well, though the inn needed some maintenance here and there but what they had done, we could say its just right. Will cost you less than 70 peso for a cab from SM Baguio and jeepney ride for just 10 peso. Ambiance was overall great. A great quick escapade from the busy streets of Baguio. We surely will return after our trip to Sagada.

Good ambiance, quiet surroundings”
From the very moment i booked my stay in High Point Boutique Inn, the receptionists and staffs are easy to communicate with, they will respond as quickly as possible. I asked them to give me a room not near the road and yes i got what i asked for. Even Though the hotel is located far away from the city, we had a comfortable stay without noise outside our room. The room for my family is Deluxe Triple we were five and still spacious for us. The Comfort room is very clean and staffs are very accomodating. Over all It was a good stay and memorable experience for my family.

Our short "long weekend getaway"”
A holiday was declared by the government and it was the third long weekend in a row. We wanted to go to Baguio for the past several months and in less than 24 hours, we search for a hotel with aircon, parking and breakfast... located far from the city proper. High Point Inn was the only hotel that satisfied our requirements. The staff were very accommodating, the food was good and reasonably priced, and I personally enjoyed the garden and the place was quiet which was an ideal environment for a short getaway. We had a good rest and an enjoyable stay.

Lively Stay at City of Pines”
The location is 15min away from the busy business district of Baguio Central. It is easily accessible, staff may assist you in finding a metered taxi which is convenient. The rooms are clean and there is available hot shower anytime of the day. It has a nice restaurant which is open till 11pm, which serves local and international food. However, during breakfast it only serves limited variety, not in buffet. All in all, I would recommend it to couples, friends, and family who would stay in Baguio for their stay.

Comfortable stay in Baguio ”
We had a comfortable stay at the inn, the atmosphere is very nice because the inn takes advantage of natural light, it has a nice view and very airy. Getting to session road or mines view park may take 15 minutes via taxi but you are assured that you will have a peaceful stay in Baguio away from the tourist spots. Getting a taxi is not difficult and the taxi fare from the inn to session road, mines view park or Burnham park is around Php 100 to 150, you may also take a taxi ride from the inn to the strawberry farm which may cost you around Php 250 depending on the time of day and the traffic situation. Breakfast is good.

Weekend Stay”
We stayed for a few nights during early Panagbenga festival. Even though it seems a little way out from the main centre, getting around Baguio is very cheap. Jeepney right outside the hotel is 10peso. A taxi is less than 70peso.The only issue is that we had a standard room which was on the road side of the hotel and the main road is never quiet. Through the night trucks and other vehicles never stop, so there is always some traffic noise. If you want it quiter then you have to pay a bit more for a room on the other side. The food is very good andf the staff really nice and friendly towards us.

Budget Hotel”
This is a good budget hotel in Baguio City. Not so far from town and the neighborhood is quiet. The food is really good and with big servings. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. The room is very spacious except that we needed to transfer to another room because the first room had spider bugs at the windows and you can't close it because it's very rusty. The bathroom needs more cleaning too. I actually had some bug bites. The bed is okay. The wifi connection though is unreliable. I had to use my mobile data for work. Also, the phone in the room did not work, we either went to the restaurant or call the hotel from our phone to order food in the room. This is a really nice hotel though but noticeably old.

Quiet, decent and friendly”
Went here with a friend for an overnight stay and we were not disappointed! Being located along Kennon road we were worried that we were going to have a hard time looking for taxis to take us to the main city in Baguio but it was fairly easy. The staff was nice enough to help us with our transportation needs. The room came with complimentary breakfast. Nothing special but the food was decent - the coffee however was THE BEST. I just had to ask what kind of variant it was. You can either have breakfast in the lobby or have it in the garden. The nice thing about the hotel that it was just out of the city making it more peaceful and less polluted. The rooms were nicer that what we expected and definitely worth the price. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for those on a budget but don't want it to be too "backpackerish". We were 2 girls, traveling alone and it was pretty safe. Will def come back again :)

Quiet and serene place for the family :-)”
No heater in 2 rooms and there were 2 cockroaches inside our room. However, for the price it offers, I still believe we got the value for what we paid for. Overall I woule still recommend this place for those who want a vacation away from the city :-) Thank you High Point!

relaxation is the main key”
We like this place the last time we checked in here. Back from Sagada, we had this place booked til we decided to go 100 islands next. Its a nice place, though during the weekends its place filled with guests, yet we found out we still got a peaceful nights sleep. In-house restaurant, a bonus, affordable and great. Having breakfast every morning is something to look forward to. Great gazebo, cooling and soothing ambiance. We will be back here again if we're in Baguio.

I'll be back!”
Location is between five to ten minutes away from Session road (depending on traffic, but I was on a motorcycle), but it was close to where I needed to be, so no an issue for me. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. My only slight complaint is that the kitchen closes early, so a late dinner is better had elsewhere. Other than that, the place was clean, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the showers were warm, plus they allowed me to park my bike at the covered area near the entrance to the events venue, and the cost of accommodations is better than reasonable. I intend to return here the next time I'm in Baguio on a solo trip.

Pleasant, relaxing, quiet”
I enjoyed my stay here, since I was not expecting to have such a large room for the price that I paid. I came into town to attend a wedding, and the reception area was quite near to the hotel, which is why I picked it. My only complaint would have to be that there is very limited seating in the indoor section of the restaurant, and since it was very cold in February, many of the guests (including myself) had to eat out in the cold. While it was alright if you were wearing warm clothing, the food did not stay hot for long. Otherwise, this a very picturesque hotel, and I would stay here again the next time I come to Baguio.

Relaxing stay”
We had a very relaxing stay at High Point Boutique Hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds were big and comfortable. Although it is along Kenon road, it is still accessible to public transport. I would surely recommend their room with triple beds because it can fit up to 6 persons suitable for families or group of friends

No electricity when we arrived at the hotel! ”
It was good but it can be better because when we arrived they were no electricity and they said it will be back on 6 pm but when we got back at about 6:30 still no electricity! The hotel were not prepared because they do not have an emergency lights or even candles for the guests so we had to complain about that! The food was super duper awesome! I ordered a spareribs and it was delicious and my gf ordered a spaghetti and she loved it! The price they were asking for the food were not bad at all because the servings were enough to make you full! The only bad experience we had about food was our breakfast. It took them about 30 minutes to make it even though we only ordered a french toast and we had to leave early so we were a little bit stressed leaving. The wifi sucks as well! The elevator were't working but the stairs are okay. The bed is a little bit old you can feel the springs on your back but the room were large and it's beautiful! They also do not have a bidet so I hope they install something. The location were pretty far from the city but at least far away from the noise and pollution. We would definitely be back in this hotel if we are going to Baguio again!
