Feeling at home on holiday”

The family and staff are so lovely. They provide the best information you need. The room (and house) are spotless and provided with all you need (allthough a safe in the room would be nice). Clean and enough space on a perfect location. Bikes to use, taxiservice, laundry service, free wifi, opposite the beach/sea and good restaurant (Man's Restaurant), on bike distance of the lovely city of Hoi An and a priceless super breakfast. Feeling at home on our vacation. Staff ("Lynn" nguygen) and the lady were so sweet and nice. The owners advised us to use Si Mon Massage just around the corner, which was a very good advise indeed. So a 10 + for Hien Hoa. We recommend it. You won't have regret. Plus: location, clean, space, sea, restaurant, breakfast, information given, owners and staff Minors: actually there are none, allthough a safe would make it more then 10+. Very nice place away from the city”

We enjoyed the time in Hien Hoa Villa Hoi An. The room was clean and personal very helpful, only the prices offered from the owner are very expensive ( restaurant, transport). We didn’t like the beach, the nice view was destroyed by the big sacks. If you walk 200 meters from the Man Restaurant, you will find a nicer beach. The breakfast was very good.

Very nice, friendly and helpul ”

The owner were very nice. Laundry service, bike rental for free, clean rooms, good pancakes for breakfast- just perfect. The seafood restaurant on the other side of the street at the beach belongs also this family. We booked a bus from hoi an to hue at the hien ho villa for (20 USD, 10 per Person) which was is my eyes a bit to much. Travel agents directly in hoi an offered the same for 5 USD per person. But this has nothing to do with the stay in villa hien ho which was, again, just fantastic.

Warmest villa owners ever!”

We stayed here for 6d5n & it was one of the best stays we had. The location is perfect as its just across the beach with a row of seafood restaurants. An Bang beach is only 3km away, other restaurants, convenience stores and massage places are within walking distance. Another good thing is the villa offers free bicycles. We rode through the scenic view of Hoi An's paddy fields the whole day. The daily breakfast at the villa was just delicious! Served hot & fresh every morning and the coffee was just awesome! The mango shake was to die for! And to top it all off, the villa owners Hung & Thuy were the most warmest people ever, they are so helpful & humble. Never have we stayed at a place where we hugged the owners before leaving. They welcomed us as guests in their house. This is just the perfect stay for anyone visiting Hoi An.

Great hotel, great location”

We stayed in Hoi An ancient town for 3 nights and we decided to move out to stay away from the crowd. We didn't regret at all. This hotel is located in Cua Dai area where is next to the ocean and a lot less people. We enjoyed the peace of the ocean, river. There are a lot of seafood restaurants in this area and the price is very reasonable as well. I would stay here again and If I need to go to the ancient town, I can just bike there.

Felt like pay off the family. ”

Hien Hoa Villa is a lovely homestay with a beautiful family. They were so accommodating and friendly. They made sure every little detail was looked after the entire time.

Best place to stay”

Staffs here very kind, breakfast is delicious too, especially Mi Quang and Cao Lau Hoi An. Villa has private beach, so it very convenient and clean, not crowded. Hoi An ancient town is 4km away, you can go there by bike or taxi. Villa also has free bike.

Excellent homestay”

The homestay was in a great location, right across from the beach. Beach chairs are provided for your use. Breakfast was simple, but very good. Bikes are provided for your use. Can easily bike into Hoi An. Room are very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Guest house is away from Hoi An town but very close to the beach. The use of the bicycles meant we could go into Hoi An when we wanted to but enjoy the quieter time near the beach.

Fantastic location and very clean 'homestay' with friendly staff/owners. Breakfast with good view of the beach daily. Not very far from Hoi An ancient town . Lots of nearby restaurants ( seafood ) . Will return.

Relaxing Place”

The villa is very close to the beach. They provide a beach chair and umbrella. The room is clean and wide. It has mini bar with reasonable price. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offered us a cheaper transportation to Danang. The breakfast is freshly cooked and yummy. We are truly satisfied with our stay. I will surely recommend this place. Cheers!

Warm friendly hosts an staff. Perfect location near sea. Super restaurant (lazy staff) called Man's opposit the villa. Best massage in town (Si mon) nearby, just ask owners. Bikes to go. Town is wonderfull. Villa clean and have a superb breakfast. For us: 10+

Close to the beach”

It’s an awesome location of all you want to do is lie on the beach. The beach is right across the street and the hotel has beach chairs and umbrellas that are set up for you, no extra charge. They let me check into my room at 8:30am, which was pleasantly surprising. But later that night I found hairs in my room that do not belong to me, so I think they may have rushed cleaning the room. I would have rather waited an extra hour and gotten a cleaner room. The staff spoke very good English and were very nice.

Friendly and comfortable”

Large, very clean rooms in an area with many places to eat. Free beach chairs at their private beach at their restaurant across the road. Not the best for swimming because of the huge sandbags to control erosion, but the public beach a few hundred yards away may be better for swimming. Or take a 30000 dong taxi ride to An Bang beach which doesn't have sandbags. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended, and a great breakfast. They provide a one-way transfer from Danang airport.

You're made to feel like family”

3 years new. Made to order breakfast. Surrounded by great seafood restaurants one of which they own on the beach across the street. Other reviews read "well it's not ON the beach" No big deal and you'd pay 5x more if it was.

The Villa is very Clean. Breakfast is very good and the owner help you. Location in the middle between the old city and An Bang BEach. Bikes for free!

Really great!!”

My stay was amazing! The staff is really nice. Especially Thuy. She helped me out a lot and even had my breakfast ready to go when my tour pick-up arrived half an hour earlier than scheduled. The rooms are spacious and clean. Had a really good night sleep. Will come back again!

Very good villa”

Villa is a bit old but the room is clean, there is a private beach, about 70 m to the beach, very delicious breakfast, friendly and enthusiastic host. Highly recommended!

Nice and cozy, private beach”

Small cozy accommodations, perfect for me. I didn't expect anything gorgeous nor luxurious this time at all because I planned just to be relax and enjoy 2 nights stay . A 2 minutes walk to the private beach, 15 minutes taxi ride to the old town.The hotel has a very good beachfront seafood restaurant across the road, where you can pick some of shrimp and shellfishes from the tank to be cooked steam or grill. The hotel staff are nice and friendly. I will definitely be back next time!
