Good and quiet location”
Location was in the middle of District 1 which was very convenient. The homestay was located off the main street so it was quiet and peaceful to have a good night rest. Room was clean and well maintained too. We only have one complaint - which was the bed. The bed was as hard as the floor… the sofa was much more comfortable than the bed. One thing to take note of is that there is no door separating the toilet and the room so this place might not be suitable for you if you’re traveling with your friends.

This is the second time I have stayed here and for the price you would find it hard to find better value. It just enough distance away from the busy nightlife to get a peaceful nights sleep but only a short walk from everything.

Very cute place, spacious hidden in the alley. Great facilities and cleaning services but hot water didn't really work and the staff didn't fix it during my stay

Excellent Apartment ”
This was my first visit to Saigon and the accommodation lived up to my expectations. The host Anna was always available for help and assistance along with the cleaner. I would not hesitate to firstly recommend to a friend and book again myself. The location is perfect away from the traffic but not to far away from the busy nightlife.

Absolutely loved the great location on a small street off the main turnabout. Close to everything in this part of HCMC and is walkable to any venue. Staff was great and responsiveness. Will definitely book this location again next time I visit.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage”
Wir waren für 5 Nächte in dem Apartment. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig. Küche ist vorhanden & gut ausgestattet. Tv war groß mit guten Entertainment Sendern. Das Bad hat keine separate Tür. War für uns kein Problem, sollte man aber vorher wissen. Zum Check In war eine nette Dame da, ansonsten war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig, das kann aber daran liegen das wir zum Chinesischen Neujahrsfest da waren. Die Lage war für uns als Ausgangspunkt super. Supermarkt/ Sehenswürdigkeiten/ Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Preis/ Leistung war top. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.

とにかく清潔感がある。建物の出入口があるフロアから各階の部屋の廊下、各部屋まで毎日きれいにされています。オーナーもスタッフの方も親切で、何かあればすぐに対応してくれました。

掃除や洗濯のサービスがベトナムにしたらとてもきめ細やかで行き届いていると思いました。ホテルより良かったです。ホストがとても親切で頼れます。初日の夜少し隣人がうるさくて心配しましたが、二日目から静かでホーチミンのど真ん中なのに静かでした。
