This place is perfect for WFH set up bec it has a very stable internet connection up to 80mbps. Staff are very pleasant. Food is superb, Mura but super sarap! and the unit itself makes you feel at home. Highly recommended to vacationers who need some peace and space.. Will book here again if given a chance.

This place has very accommodating staff and high-tech facilities. It may not be found along the highway but it provides free ride to the main roads. I didn't expected much since we got our room at a cheap price, but it really exceeded my expectations. If you want to get away from the busy streets of the city and get some much-needed rest, this is the place for you! This, definitely, is my new haven when in GenSan!

A True Value for Money”
Where am I to start? As to facilities, its great and state of the art except for the a/c in our room. Its keyless and touchscreen. Staff were accommodating and courteous. The room is clean, everything. The location though bit far from the city but it is okay its just the road that to be concreted (but it's the government duty).Over-all, it exceeds my expectations from what we had paid for. We also had great breakfast, just bring or buy water. Thank you Heilee's Guest House. More power and God bless.

Comfortable room with comfy bed and pillows. Good aircon,clean and quiet,though a lack of power outlets. A bit out of town but,a trike shuttle service is available at no extra charge. On a backstreet that looks a little dodgy,I wouldn't walk it during the day,let alone at night. The staff and 24hr security are all great guys and girls,friendly and helpful ,spent many late nights in the cantina drinking beer,watching TV and chatting with the crew. When the wifi went down,they got on to it immediately and was back online within 5min. Be aware that Fri - Sat night they close for some religious reason,the business is owned by 7th Dayers,so the kitchen is closed for 24hr until Sat evening. The cook is a great guy and strives to tailor your meal to your tastes. I stayed there for 4 nights and would definitely stay again.

I was not expecting more from this guest house. But upon check-in, we were really amazed by the place. Though it was not new, but the place was really great. We were 4 people, but the room we stayed in can be occupied with 8 persons because of the very huge beds. Great place for families and friends. The place didn’t seem to be for couples only since going to its location was a bit hidden. All in all, we had a good stay.

Highly recommended if you just need a good place to sleep for the night. Pros - very affordable Price, Comfortable stay, nice bed, Free breakfast, there’s parking space, a Canteen, Easy Check In and check out. Cons - location is far from the main road you have to pass through dirt road.. (not a problem if you have a car) bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. There is on going renovations..

Overnight Stay”
It's located in a secluded place, road may be rough but the quietness was much appreciated. Ample parking also for those checking-in with their own vehicles. The staff were accommodating and the room we booked was a good value for the money, however, the floor needs to be swept and the Wifi was not functional. On the other hand, the room is equipped with modern facilities like keyless entry, centralized lighting function, a/c was working, as well as, cable tv. Breakfast served was a typical combo of rice, egg and 1 viand minus the coffee (one has to buy it but it's reasonably priced though). All in all, our stay here was worth the money we paid for. The place is okay for the price. Just the location is a little bit far. I also opened the cabinet and there’s a used black panty, I think it’s from the previous guest. If you are a clean freak and germophobe, I wouldn’t recommend the place.

They have good rooms but the tv is somehow not good in reception. The staff are not well welcoming and accommodating with clients concerns. I followed my meal yhru phone then the guy who answered me bang the phone. Then only to find out that kuya guard was the receptionist,customer service and security 😁😁. Far from the city but research is the key to sve money from expensive fare heading ro the shopping malls. Thank you Heilees will definitely booked another room with you.
