Good hotel”

Decent hotel and if you want to be in Mataram then it’s perfect... staff were great and very understanding. WiFi didn’t reach our room and they had no better rooms to offer us... checked out after a day and they provided a refund no questions asked. Any other time of the year without work deadlines and we would’ve stayed.

Spacious Room with disappointed condition”

My third times stayed at Hastina but at this time made me give up to staying again. They didnt change the bed sheet, there was a little blood stain, and a bit sticky cause of sweat, they dont even care when I asked to change the bedsheet! the AC licked and not too cold, need to fixed it. The cabinet is also dusty. The management should be pay attention for every single things and the condition inside the guest house. Teach your staff to be more friendly with the guests. The good thing is the room spacious and near Epicentrum Mall, you can walk to go there

Clean, neat but wi-fi and mobile signal did not working well”

Clean and good, near from city center, however the wifi signal is very weak, mine keep disconnecting, and as the building made from pure concrete ( i thought ? ), even the mobile signal is weakened inside the room. maybe you can consider to stay on 2nd floor rooms, to get better signal.

Value for Money”

Really nice clean hotel with spacious room. And especially food is just 3 minutes walk and 5 minutes walk from Epicentrum shopping mall for your all shopping needs....

Dirty ”

The place wasn't properly clean. I'm not sure if they even changed bed sheets before my one night staying in this place. Dirty sheets n black hair on the bed. Dirt every where in floors and tables. Not even the ashtray was empty. Most of the staff was nice. Mainly young man. One of the youngsters was really arrogant and trying to make fun of me in front of he's friends. Terrible wifi. Building is made the way that there is no wifi or data signal inside the room. If the staff would have been nicer I could have tryed to change the room.

dikasih malah capsule yg atas, padahal kaki saya lagi sakit, susah naik tangga. Ditambah lagi saya lagi diare, jadinya mencret di celana. Padahal di ruangan itu cuma saya doang yg nempatin. Tolong deh staff kayak gini perhatiin kondisi pengunjungnya. Jangan lihat pandang fisik mentang2 saya bertubuh kecil.

selama menginap saya tidak bisa pesan makanan, padahal di kamar ada menu makanan. alasannya 'tidak bisa pesan' dan dihari kedua 'tidak bisa pesan karna masih melayani pesanan lain' alasan yg sangat tidak masuk akal.
