Beautiful Hotel”
My husband and I were delighted by this place. It was our first time to Prescott and AZ for that matter. We were greeted by friendly staff the entire stay. Our room was small, but that is to be expected considering the age of the hotel. The decor from the lobby to the room was lovely. Our only regret was waiting until our last day to try out the restaurant. The prices, portions, and wonderful service were the best we received on our trip. We will be back!

We always stay at the Hassayampa Inn and enjoy it. The food is excellent, they have a good happy hour with live music. So much to enjoy! The location is the best and sitting in the lobby or outside with all of the flowers is enjoyable. This was the only time that our room was very small, with a double bed. Remember, if you need room, to ask for a larger bed and room.

My wife and myself had a very good time at the old historic hotel. The entire staff were all exceptional - with words most often heard were - yes, absolutely, may I help you. The bar and outside courtyard had great entertainment which just added to the fun time. The stay is very memorable, and we will return

Had a great stay at the Hassayampa Inn. It is centrally located just up the street from courthouse square. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They have 1920's themed music playing around the hotel lobby and outdoor spaces which pulls you back in time when the hotel was built. Great place.

Beautiful old hotel in a great location ”
Beautiful old building that has kept its old fashioned charm with some modern updates. Be prepared for creaking floors, thin-ish walls, narrow hallways, steep staircases, and an early 1900’s elevator. The guests were mostly elderly so it wasn’t an issue. The food in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. My 9 and 7 year old were exhausted from a day out romping on a farm and enjoyed a quiet stroll through the lobby and an early bedtime - not really an ideal place for little ones if you plan on staying in the room very long. Parking is across the street.

Rodeo fun”
We stayed at the Inn while attending the rodeo and it was great. Only mistake was not eating there as they also had outside live music. The desk failed to mention this or we would have stayed instead of heading to our favorite pizza place just a few blocks away. Regardless plenty of places to eat and shop and we had a great time. Prescott is a great town to enjoy this time of the year from lake trail walking to breakfast at lynx lake cafe.

The great location didn't make up for the tiny, tiny room. Lobby smelled "old and musty." We pre-paid for 3 nights (mistake) and checked out after one night.

Hassayampa is a wonderful historic inn, centrally located to downtown Prescott activities and shops. The charm of the vintage feel, furniture and excellent staff service made it a great vacation get away. With 1920's era space in the bedroom, closet and bath, it's advisable to pack on the lighter side.

Only if you like historic hotels”
I would recommend it because it wasn't bad, just old and without all the modern conveniences. Staff was nice. Original 1927 elevator was the only elevator to the third floor so we took the stairs, as did everyone because staff had to operate the elevator, and given the 4' wide stairway, oftentimes had to wait for stairs to clear. Rooms are obviously basic. Bathroom was small. Tiny sink, and shower was in the tub. Shower head was HORRIBLE. Took forever to take a shower. I understand water conservation measures but sometimes it's self-defeating. Bed had a big dip in the middle. Only redeeming quality was it's proximity to the town square and restaurants. Hotel restaurant menu looked good but didn't get a chance to try it.
