We stayed at a Vertu Room, corner room, on the 25th floor. Their are four more floors up, but this is for the Suites and the Lounge. >ROOM Lovely. Just lovely. It is a modern room, with the amenities you need or want. Other than the usual, we enjoyed an in room capsule espresso machine, flat iron and full-sized ironing board, and bath robes. The TOWELS are thick and so soft - the best I've had in a hotel. A unique thing, and hopefully the same with all rooms, is that the toiletries are placed inside a draw-string toiletry bag, which you can bring and is useful. >BREAKFAST Delicious choices, with several rotating options everyday. Served from 7 to 10am. We enjoyed the fresh juice blends they make and bottle - i.e. Detox, Rejuvenation. >LOCATION Not in central Jakarta, but there's a mall downstairs and has several dining options and a convenience store.

Excellent hotel. The rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The masseur I had also went out of their way to give me a great massage and help me with a sore lower back (thought I was probably lucky to get her). My only complaint is that the breakfast could have had a little more variety. Otherwise, management are doing an excellent job at this place!

Stayed here a couple of nights and have booked another night here in a few days! Beautiful, modern and very clean hotel with a bar and a restaurant. Right next to a mall so access to money changer, mini-mart and restaurants. Safe, quiet area. Beautiful views of Jakarta. Excellent customer service and all the amenities in your room (fridge, tea/coffee, shampoo, soap etc.) Highly recommend!

It is not exactly the cheapest but I think you get the value for what you pay for in this hotel. Cleanliness, Staff professionalism, breakfast and location are all good. They have silverbird taxis waiting by the lobby at all times so transpo was very convinient. The concierge gladly takes you to the taxi and talks to the driver on where to bring you. This was exceptionally helpul because surprisingly, not everyone can speak English. Thank you for a great stay.

Stayed at Harris Vertu for 2 nights in Jakarta. Breakfast spread was a wide variety consisting of many cuisines. Food quality was exceptional. Location of hotel was great as it was very nearby to many tourist attractions & landmarks. Security was good and staffs were extremely friendly. Will definitely stay at Hotel Harris the next time we visit Jakarta in future.

This hotel is excellent and very authentic. The buffet lunch was extraordinary good for the price I paid. Everything so delicious and staff members so friendly. Indonesian, Western and Chinese food. I prolonged my stay and I will book this hotel again when I am in Jakarta. I am from Europe.

Very clean, good breakfast, traditional Indonesian food nearby, Chinese restaurant in the same building, big super market -carrefour on the other side of road, if you go to international airport, you'd better to plan in advance due to the traffic in Jakarta, at least 4 hours, I suggest.

The spa is a must. The staff is very professional and all the massages were very helpful and well done. Best place for massage in Jakarta. The buffet lunch and dinner are very good. Great value for money.

The check-in process was fuss-free, with friendly staff & the pool looked amazing. We stayed in room 1003. The room was well-lit with overhead concealed lighting. It was nicely designed with a wall mural & trendy tones of grey and orange. The sheets were clean and they provided us with 2 pillows each. We each also had a bedside lamp & table. The toilet had warm, concealed lighting from behind the mirror & adequate toiletries, as well as an adorable “His” & “Hers” pouch containing toiletries suited to each of us (shaver and shaving cream/ vanity kit). There is a hair dryer provided in the toilet. The shower area is spacious, with a cove to place your toiletries & a rain shower as well as a hand-held shower hose. Water drainage is good post-shower. My only gripe was that the mineral water bottles provided do not close well once opened, hence may leak if you bring them out & put them in your bag. Overall an excellent stay. I wish I’d stayed longer than a night! Highly recommended
