very good hotel”
Overall very very satisfied. At first, we were a bit hesitant on choosing this hotel because of the reviews about parking and all. Sure the parking are limited, but we always got parking. The breakfast was also superb. The best of all is the location, it was in the center of most of the attraction, if you want to save money, don't rent car, can just use grab that cost less than RM 10 or you can just walk to the waterfront, the cat statue, and the Topspot foodcourt. The room was also very big and clean. We also ordered room service. which is nasi ayam, Milo and banana split ice cream. All of it was very satisfying. 100% will stay here again if I go to sarawak next time.

comfortable stay at good price”
Arrived few hours early. Counter staff very helpful with specially allocated room to place our bags so we could walk around pending room preparation. Same good service with bags after checking out . Arrived back late at hotel to check out due to caught in heavy rain- room pass had been automatically inactivated after check out time (12pm) but counter staff was helpful and pleasant in reactivating it to allow us to get our stuff. No penalty charged (half hour late). Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped (ironing board with iron, hair dryer etc), everything working well. Ist choice the next time we're in kuching. Great deal compared to horrible stories from relatives who stayed in a nearby more expensive hotel.

Good value for money”
If possible, get a higher floor room for great views over the riverfront. We had a deluxe King room . Great value for money. Very clean and modern. Very good breakfast. But be careful when booking whether it's a breakfast for one or two persons. If not an extra charge of RM 32 per person per day. There are local eating places around the hotel if prefer local food etc. The hotel was in a great location for waterfront, Carpenter St, waterfront activities etc. The only down side was the poor internet connection for free WiFi. Very hit and miss. But would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone going to Kuching.

Spectacular view, more space given for a better price. Nice table for a good work. Interior furnishings look like newly renovated. Public toilet at the lobby looks & smells sparklingly clean comparable to that of a 5 star hotel. Nice and equally sparklingly clean cafe. Do not like the cloth hangers design which cannot be removed. Convenient as boarding pass can be printed upon request. Hotel staffs are helpful in carrying luggages, taking pictures Close walk to famous food street, waterfront & scenic historic buildings Outperforms other hotels in cleanliness in particular.

The hotel is near to riverfront which is spectacular and very convenient! Easy to buy groceries and souvenirs. The best time to walk around is in the evening, along the riverfront. Good for sightseeing and the traffic is calm and not rush. The room is clean and the staff are very helpful. Recommended for families and friends.

Fantastic location, value for money”
This hotel is situated right in front of the waterfront which is fantastic as it is where all the actions started in Kuching. Grab are abounds and need not to wait thus making travelling easy even without private car. The room is clean and has a practical layout. The room given was 612 and it is facing the waterfront. Book without doubt.

Nice hotel at the heart of Kuching”
The room is clean, nice, and comfortable. The food they served at the hotel is delicious! The hotel is located very near to all the beautiful landmarks of Kuching, and Sarawak General Hospital is only about 10 minutea away by taxi. The hotel staffs are friendly and have good command in English.

Worth the penny!”
I've been there for business trip. The location is very strategic, walking distance to many attraction places. For breakfast package, food variety is good. Room is so-so, not too small not too big. Have also room for single person with single bed only. If u come a bit early or after checkout, still have plenty time before going back to airport, u can ask the bellboy to keep ur luggage at the hotel for a while & going to buy souvenir. I will definitely repeat if im coming again to kuching. Only tv & wifi is a bit problem, the line is quite bad even after u've made complain.

Appreciated the daily clean white towels as I am cleanness conscious. The coffee shops round the corner offer variety of local cuisine like laksa and mee kolok. Mall nearby is just a grab away. Leisure walk to waterfront walkway and China Street where more offers of local produce and handicrafts.

Travelled with sister. Booked for two nights, but check out the next day. 1) Staff: Friendly and helpful 2) Location: Strategic location. Go by Grab/Maxim is very close. 3) Cleanliness: Clean room, but toilet don't have bidet. And the flush function is not working well. 4) Overall: Don't expect, sandal or a big room. it is an affordable and budget hotel. Look like inn. 5) Foods: Highly recommended!! As if the chef is a trained cook.

This hotel is nearby the waterfront and it's quite cheap. I booked 2 weeks early for 1 superior twin room for about RM109 before breakfast. Room is acceptable and comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

Suitable for family with toddler. I particularly request for city view for my one year old son to see the view through the window. Breakfast is delicious too! Staff is kind & nice. Parking is safe since it got basement parking & there's security guard at the entrance. Will surely repeat to stay here again on our next visit 😁

First time staying in not bad. ”
We got family room with 2 queen beds. The room itself is clean but once you slide open the curtains in the morning, all the dusk flying around, really not favorable as my daughter and husband had asthma. Please improve this. The parking was hard to get as the designated park and basement park always full, especially if there are events/dinne4. The toilet/bathroom door also see through as there were gaps in between. As we are travelling with families, we dont mind but other people might need to be aware of this. Overall good stay the bed was comfy. Got free mineral water and beverages.

Good stay for travellers! ”
The hotel interior was awesome, updated and bright. The room was so nice, complete facilities inside the room, but I think some of tvs were still outdated. The aircond in my room doesn't feel too cold even I already change the temperature. Overall, the room was nice.
