Great location and very helpful staff”
My family of 3 recently had our stay at Hanoi Graceful Hotel from 17 July till 19 July and then we placed another night from 21st to 22nd, as we were at Halong Bay from 19th till 21st. We had the Executive Room with Balcony during our stay and the price per night was around RM200+. The price was worth it as it includes a breakfast buffet too. The staffs have a good fluency in English and are super warm and friendly. Despite our early flight home at 5.30AM, the staff had our breakfast packed for us, which was very kind of them. Apart from that, location is great as it is in Old Quarters. It is also walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Water Puppet Theater. Lots of food selection from local Vietnamese cuisine to the multinational fast food chains. Enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely stay there again if I'm back in Hanoi. Great rooms, good breakfast and amazing service”
My boyfriend and I stayed at Hanoi Graceful Hotel for three nights. The hotel is located in the old quarter which we believe is the best place to live in Hanoi. Very busy but also very interesting and charming! We booked the executive balcony room which was very nice, spacious and clean! The breakfast was good and the service was absolutely amazing. They picked us up at the airport, booked the Halong Bay trip for us and helped us out with everything else we needed. It seemed as if we could ask them anything and they would go through great strengths to make it happen. All in all it was a very good experience staying at Hanoi Graceful hotel and I would very much recommend it.

I stayed at Hanoi Graceful Hotel as my base while in northern Vietnam between Sapa and Halong Bay. The staff was amazing, really top notch, they were genuine and it felt like home. They kept my luggage while I was on excursions, they made my travel life in the Hanoi area very easy. Definitely appreciated the gesture of sending a staff with me to the train station an made sure I was ticketed and boarded in the right cabin as they thought it would be confusing. Breakfast is great. They go above and beyond. The location in the old quarter is great. The shower had great pressure and hot water. Comfortable linens and bedding. Highly recommend and would stay at Hanoi Graceful Hotel again. Thanks so lot.

Strategic Location and Friendly Staff. ”
- Graceful Hotel allocate at old quarter where you can reach the tourist spot (Hoan Kiem Lake, night market,beer street), convenience store, restaurant by walking distances. The Hotel is new, safe and they did serve quality breakfast. - The hotel staff is excellent , very friendly, warm and helpful, they did prepare the breakfast for us after know that we will departure in the early morning. The Hotel can help you make booking for the taxi with reasonable price (we did compare with grabs apps). - The hotel staff name Ha, also into some delicious food within the walking distance to us where all of this Vietnamese food are super delicious and famous in old quarter area. (The Famous beef noodle - Pho Bat Dan, The famous Bun Cha - bun cha dac kim) - I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay at old quarter district

Wonderful hotel at a convenient location”
Overall was a great hotel to stay in Ha noi Graceful hotel. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. This experience itself was enough to make our stay in Hanoi very memorable. Our room came with a plate of welcome fruits, rose petals on the bed and in the shower, and a hand-written welcome card. Breakfast was also offered on a personalized service with buffet. We are more than happy with the price we paid for this hotel located in the middle of the Old Quarter in Hanoi.

Great Place to Explore Hanoi!”
We stayed at Hanoi Graceful for 5 days in Nov 2016 and really enjoyed our time there. The location is great, right in the old quarter but on a quiet enough street that it isn't too crazy. Our room was excellent, including a comfortable bed and a nice balcony overlooking the street outside. Breakfast was adequate if not great, but with so many delicious options right outside I would advise you to explore the neighborhood instead (I especially liked the soup at the shop on the opposite corner - My Van Than) The staff were incredibly helpful at every turn: we booked a trip to Halong Bay privately later in our trip, and even though we weren't staying at Hanoi Graceful anymore, they were happy to let us store our luggage there for a few days. Everyone we spoke with was genuinely kind and glad to help with whatever we needed.

We are a 48 and 50 year old Canadian backpacking couple who typically enjoyed staying in hostels and homestay (in a private double room) while travelling Vietnam. For our last two nights in the country, we stayed at Hanoi Graceful Hotel. We were shopping at the end of the trip and were happy for the extra room space! The hotel was very comfortable, very clean, location was great, and the staff were, without exception, excellent. On a couple of occasions the shower was not hot but that is not uncommon in Vietnam and was not concerning to us. We felt that we received good value and were happy to meet all of the lovely hardworking people working at Hanoi Graceful Hotel. We would definitely recommend Hanoi Graceful Hotel!

Hotel Graceful : Amazing hotel at best possible price”
Hotel Graceful is an amazing hotel in the best possible price. It’s right in the middle of Old Quarter area and you can go for evening stroll and enjoy the Vietnamese street food. The manager of hotel Graceful is Mr Ryan and he is very helpful. He goes out of the way and helps the guests at the hotel. He is also very helpful in booking any of the tours and suggests you the best available options. Ryan has an amazing team of wonderful staff members who are always courteous and helpful. I interacted with Jeremy, Vivian, Annie and others, they all were very nice and makes your stay at hotel very relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast at hotel was also very decent and lot of options to go for. Hotel rooms were decent and good. I’m very impressed and glad with entire service that Ryan and his team provided to us through out our stay at the hotel. Overall a very good experience at hotel Graceful, I recommend this hotel to all.

We have stayed in many different rooms across the hotel. They are always clean, well maintained and have everything you need. The showers are hot and powerful. The breakfast is great with a mix of western and Vietnamese food. They will make you eggs or Pho to order if you ask. The location of Hanoi Graceful is perfect, right in the Old Quarter and a short walk to all of the main attractions. In short, the Hanoi Graceful is a brilliant place to stay in Hanoi and we look forward to returning again soon.

Friendly staffs, very clean in room”
Had stay in Graceful hotel for 3 nites. Will greet by friendly front desk staff n welcome drink. The receptionists n the manager will great. They are friendly n could answer you any questions about Hanoi. They will show you a map in the old quarter n highlight where to walk n have good food. Just feel like we are a family. Thumbs up n if only the breakfast menu could be improved., it should totally be a perfect stay. Will not hesitate to book Graceful hotel for my nxt trip. The staff were sincerely friendly. The hotel was really clean. The service was good in every respect. The breakfast was very very generous. I would sincerely recommend this hotel to all staying in Hanoi. The only downside for me was that Hanoi is increadibly polluted, and the Old Quarter especially but that has no countenance with the Hanoy Graceful Hotel.

Excellent choice for few days in Hanoi”
We had initially booked only one night at the Graceful hotel but we prolonged it of two more days as the staff was so nice and welcoming. We had an issue with our first room and they immediately offered us to change; we could choose out of 2 other rooms. They are smiling and helpful, not trying to sell you tours or else. They offered us to check-out later as we had a flight in the afternoon, allowing us to wander at our ease in the city and have a shower before leaving. The rooms are clean and well thought: not too many decoration items, leaving enough space to put your stuff on the desk, and wooden furniture that make it a little cozier. The beds are comfortable. Also, despite the fact the hotel is located in a busy street, it wasn’t noisy. The windows are not oriented towards the main street and are thick enough to isolate from noises. The heater (we were there in winter) also did not make much noise, so it was the most silent of the 3 hotels were we stayed in Hanoi. The breakfast buffet was good, although very similar to anything you could get in Hanoi. All in all, the hotel offers very good value for money. If we ever go back to Hanoi, we'd probably stay there again.

Up and coming boutique hotel ”
Currently under partial renovation, Hanoi Graceful Hotel is well on its way to being a very attractive, comfortable hotel at a great price point in a good, quiet location near Old Quarter. In the meantime, the room we got was not quite up to par with the pictures on Agoda. The “city view” was not worth paying for (small windows) and the hot water lasted only a few minutes. Good, fresh breakfast, though! I enjoyed the fresh passion fruit and dragon fruit, and it was a nice change of pace to have cereal and milk. Friendly, professional staff. Overall, a nice place to stay for the relatively low cost, but I’d look forward to when all the rooms match the style shown in the pictures.

The hotel is located in the old town with so many good restaurants and coffee shops around. All the staffs in Hanoi Graceful Hotel are with smile and willing to help. I especially want to recommend the breakfast in this hotel as it's wonderful to have a delicious "PHO" in the morning! Also, we would like to thank again about the service of the airport pick of this hotel as the driver didn't leave us in the airport even we were stuck in the visa counter for more than one hour. English is workable in this hotel, and it's a good choice to stay in Hanoi Graceful Hotel!

Hospitality at its finest, value for money”
All I can say is that the hospitality they showed us was top par. We were booked at Hanoi Graceful last December 2017 and weeks leading to our booking, we were corresponding via e-mail with the manager, Ryan, who very helpfully booked us for a 2D/1N cruise in Halong Bay. My husband and I were to fly in from 2 different locations to meet in Hanoi in the evening, and go on the cruise the next morning. Since we would be spending 1 night at the cruise, we were to return to Hanoi Graceful on our third night. All arrangements were made and the unthinkable happened--my connecting flight got delayed and I couldn't fly in till the next day. We lost our cruise reservation and didn't have a hotel to stay in the next night since Hanoi Graceful was fully booked. With the help of Ryan and the owners, they let us stay at the owners' apartment building without an additional fee, and they were able to pull some strings so that we could make it to another cruise the next day. Excellent Service and Very Kind Front Desk”
We had our tour in Hanoi Vietnam last 10/14/2017 to 10/18/2017. We had a late check in due to delayed flight and we had came to the hotel at around 3AM. The Front desk is so accommodating and had a bellboy who assisted us with our luggage until in our rooms. The breakfast was a combination of English Breakfast and Vietnamese Breakfast. The Front desk assisted us in booking our UBER and gave us Map and suggested great places to visit. We had a great stay in that Hotel. We feel Safe and at Home although the rooms are good as for 3 Star Hotel. What I love about them is that when we need to check out late at night at around 11 PM. They had our breakfast for our last day be pack up as our Take Away Dinner. They even let us borrow their weighing scale for our luggage. I really recommend Hanoi Graceful Hotel if you're looking for Cheap, Safe, Clean and Great Hospitality to Guest.

One of the best location ”
This small hotel located on Hang Phen - one of the 36 old streets of Hanoi Old Quarter. However, not all places in the old quarter I consider as a good option, due to the surrounding neighborhood or night activities that may affect on the quietness or transportation access during rush hours when I am in need to leave early for the airport. Luckily, this hotel has one of the best spot in the old quarter that can tick off many options, that are: convenient location, easy to access (even on the weekend when they close off a good portion of the old quarter to reserve for pedestrians), quiet, surrounds by any good & famous eateries. The only down side of this hotel is the toiletries option comes with the room is still lacking of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. However, we decided to purchase them at the local convenient shop right next door for little shampoo, conditioner and shower gel mini packages so over all, it was a 9/10 stay.

The Hanoi Graceful Hotel was a wonderful "home"for our time in Hanoi. The staff, especially Stewie, was so helpful, friendly and kind. I especially appreciated the lesson on how to cross a street. Breakfast had a lot of options- with lots of fresh fruit. The location is so centrally located and we could walk everywhere in the old quarter.

I stayed at the Hanoi graceful hotel for 2 nights. The room is confortable and clean. The most Impress for 3 stars hotel is the service. First, when i arrived at the hotel, the Receptionist she did a well welcoming with my name and she suggest me a nice halong Bay tour. I would like also to say a big thank to M. Lee the customer guest relation, he helped me to book my flight ticket, my hotel for Hoi An. He took care of everything, just I told him what I want. The Young guy also at the breakfast did a good service. For breakfast, the buffet is enough for something included on the room price. I will come back in this hotel without problem. The thing need to improve the wifi, a little bite slow.

This is our first time staying with Hanoi Graceful hotel with our family. We have good experience with this hotel. The location is very good , it is within old city and walking distance to most of the attraction such as the lake , main market and famous eateries. The staffs are fantastic and helpful, speak good English also. They are very enthusiatic and have good spirit . Hotel room is value for money . They help us to arrange for our airport pick up and all other transportation to and from Sapa . We will surely revisit them again .
