Room is small but full of Warmth”
I chose because of review avg. points and silentness. 1. Room condition is good/clean. But space is smaller than i expected. 2. Toilet is separated but the wall is obscured glass. So that was a little bit uncomfortable. 3. Location is near Beer Street in Hanoi. Good to go to Hoan Kiem Lake and other sightseeing spot in Old-town Hanoi by feet. Plus, actually hotel is located between streets so a little bit quite at night. 4. All of hotel staffs are very kind and helpful. No staff stress during staying. 5. Breakfast is simple and fine. I can choose the food in the menu. Coffee is good. Plus, Welcome tea and snack was nice.

Excellent value hotel in the heart of Hanoi old town but tucked away down a quiet side road . Room had large comfy bed and all the required facilities. Breakfast really good with plenty of choice. Best thing was the staff who couldn’t do enough for you to ensure an enjoyable snag free stay .

Clean and quiet with great staff”
The Amber hotel is right in the middle of the Hanoi old quarter where music blares all night but it’s really quiet and comfortable. To be fair its behind buildings in an alley so you can’t really get a car here with your bags. However the staff will gladly assist you if needed. When I arrived the hotel was having issues, so they transfer me to another property just a few minutes walk away. The staff even helped move the luggage up to the room on the 5th floor. The room at Amber hotel proper is very clean (might be a fly or two but thats it) has good wifi, a new door lock so its very secure as well. Plugs all work and the bed is comfortable. With that, the walking street is just all around you, great location in the city. And if you want to go have a drink its just right outside. Just watch your step on the way up the stairs. 9/10 - Good bang for your buck, definitely stay here in a great room

Wonderful choice”
I am happy with my choice to stay here. You will not find a better value in the city. The hotel and room were spotless, and since it is on a side alley street, there was no noise at night. The staff could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. They spoke English well, helped me book a taxi to the airport at a great price, and even helped me wore money to a hotel in another small town. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Hanoi.

Giá thành và phòng ốc nơi đây phù hợp và sạch sẽ tuy nhiên 1 số vđề làm mình hơi bực. Thứ nhất về phòng mình có xin lệch giờ check out muộn hơn nhưng nviên đã k nói về việc mất thêm phí nên khi thanh toán mình hơi bất ngờ. Số phí trả thêm mình k vấn đề gì nhưng điều này đáng ra nviên phải nói với khách dù khách đã biết rồi hay là không ạ, có thể vì mình ít khi ở ks nên ko biết. Thứ 2 là mình đã đặt trc 2,3 ngày nhưng khi nhận phòng k có đủ đồ dùng thiết yếu như máy sấy, dép đi trong p hay là đến cái cốc để đánh răng, khăn mặt cũng k có ạ, mỗi lần cần mình phải xuống xin rất bất tiện. Thứ 3 cọc CMT hay giấy tờ tuỳ thân thì ks nào cũng có nhưng khi trả phòng nvien k hề chủ động nhắc đến chuyện trả lại cho mình và ngày hôm sau cũng ko có gọi lại cho mình, cuối cùng mình phải gọi điện nhắc nhở và đã gần 1 tuần mình chưa nhận lại giấy tờ. Đó là những điều mình muốn góp ý và riêng mình thấy Amber là nơi đáng để trải nghiệm nhưng cũng cần khắc phục 1 số vấn đề.
