Very conveniently located. Clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Love the spacious room. The only down side is that it is located beside a night club. It is hard to sleep at night because of the loud music that will go on till very late at night.

The location was really good, and doorman helped us getting transport to the different attractions. I do not recommend trying the spa as it was low effort from staff even if the price was cheap. Other than that breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of food and they will cook up vegetarian food if you require

Mins away from the hotel. Exactly by the riverside, at the tail of the dragon. Staff speak limited english but did their best to help. Room was huge and had plenty of channels on tv. Plus point of having a bath tub in the bathroom. Theres a huge discount on the massage located within the hotel if u are a guest. Great value overall

This is truly convenient, near to cafes and late hangouts. Chic cafe right at the doorstep. The walkway from room to lift is always pitch dark as the lights are sensored to movement that occurs within a small area. The room is very new, it smelled of fresh paint and wood. There is a plant outside the balcony/window and there are ants crawling all over it. I definitely did not felt easy looking at them. Next up is my big no no, the shower water consistency. It switches from extreme cold to burning hot and this repeat every few minutes. So I will have to step out to avoid the extreme temperature. Quite tiring to shower in this condition.

Worth the money”
This hotel is new with new equipment and structure. My room looking out to the Han river, dragon bridge and city streets. Room lighting is bright. It is a plus. Breakfast food is OK. Breakfast room is too small, crowd tables. Free 30' foot massage per guest per day and 20% off on restaurant and coffee bills are good promotions. I will stay here if i plan next trip to Da nang.

For people not bothered by noise”
The hotel decor is modern and neat. There is actually a lift to the lobby via the firgun coffeehouse but realised it only after all luggage were lugged up the stairs. Great views BUT the soundproofing is terrible. Was initially given a room at 602. You can hear the club music, hawker screaming, cars honking, guests who did not close the door properly so the door alarm was beeping half the night and the lift tinkling cause the room is just at the lift floor lobby so EVERYONE on the floor will walk/stomp/run past the room. Slept maybe only 3-4hours? So only for heavy sleepers not bothered by noise. Anthony and staff were very helpful and searched for another room for us on a higher floor. Overall noise level greatly reduced and we were able to rest much better even though overall sound proofing of the place is still terrible.
