"It was a nice hotel room, but the desk clerk upon checking in or checking out wasn't overly friendly, never smiled or made me feel particularly welcome. It was nice but I did find a bug that was crawling along the edge of the coffee area which was kind of unpleasant. There doesn't seem to be any air conditioner in the elevator and it was not and muggy. "

"people were amazing the staff more then you could ask for . ecept for one but it could had been just a bad day . The night shift guy I checked in with was awesome funny made sure I knew all the basics of where to go and was all-around good people. the young lady on day shift just as awesome very friendly I will for say rooms were clean can not complain "

"I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE! I am an Alumni of ASU, in town working remotely & awaiting my 2nd grandchild! Everything about this place ooooze My Standard of Living & When Traveling on Business! In addition, is Pet Friendly which is Amazing because My LadyBug felt really Welcomed as I did especially during these "different" times in our society! I was suppose to Only stay a few days, which ended up to be 8-days total! I meet the morning/afternoon/evening/overnight staff from the Valet to Engineer! THIS WILL BE MY GO TO HOTEL EVERY VISIT BACK TO TEMPE! MADE MY EXPERIENCE UNMEASURABLE!!! "
