"We stayed here for 4 nights when we were in Hoi An. We absolutely loved Hoi An Silk Village - it has been the best hotel we have stayed in during our Asia trip so far. The service was over the top - the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us out. They knew it was our anniversary and the first day provided a cake and flowers for us in our room. The rooms were new, clean, wonderfully decorated, and the bed and air conditioning were perfect. We also loved the shower. Having free bikes to ride to town and use during the day was great as well. They also have an awesome pool and a free shuttle to the beach and their own private area with chairs and towels for you. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Overall, everything about our stay here was positive - we would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Hoi An. High value for the cost of the hotel. Thank you Hoi An Silk Village for such a positive experience and for your incredible service! You all are doing a wonderful job. "

"Staff bent over backwards to help us. Helped us rent scooters from Hoi An to Hue. They had the best value no hassles at all. Free bicycle use. Picked us up from the airport in Da Nang Airport. I would recommend this hotel. You are 2 km to the market walking. Was a long walk but we did it multiple times."

" Amazing value for money and the location is great, you get a free bike and can ride down to the beach and night markets, rooms are beautiful we stayed in a private double room with a bath and by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff made the whole experience they where so helpful and very friendly, the helped us so much! We booked trips with them, they helped us book flights to Bangkok and even took us to the airport, and invited us for dinner on a last night was great couldn't fault them or the hotel at all, loved it would definelty recommend staying at this hotel ❤️ Thankyou so much for all your help and your hospitality."

"I booked a week and didn't regret it. When I arrived, the room was decorated and there was a yummy pie for my birthday! Later that week I got upgraded. Daily breakfast comes with a wide variety of choices, the pool is nice, they provide free bicycles to discover the old town, the beach and the beautiful rice fields in between (the hotel is beautifully located just at the edge of the rice fields), rooms are cleaned daily and the family that runs the place are very friendly and helpful. What more do you need? I just renewed for a second week."

"A great 5 day stay with this welcoming and helpful family. Large clean, comfortable double room. Is a 15min walk to the centre, but that suited us, as it was quieter away from all the hustle and bustle. You can hire bikes for VND20,000 and the it's 5mins to centre and about 20mins to An Bang beach. Breakfast is simple but tasty. One of the best Vietnamese coffee's I've had. Highly recommend!"

"I have never known this hotel till my stay this year. This is hidden Gem in Hoian. Every room is private villa. Villa is build by traditional way , feels natural and relaxing. You have a backyard garden behind your villa: there is romantic outside bath. We like it very much. Pool area and garden is huge, you can play anytime anywhere. Value for money . Best place Best villa in Hoian. Highly Recommended. "
