Old Hotel in Central Location”

The location is right on the Sinulog routes at the edge of Colon. The building is old, so some of the facilities are in disrepair, but the price reflects that. Colon is right outside the main entrance and Osmena Circle is a short taxi ride away. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance. Staff are all very friendly, but they were a little understaffed during our checkout.

I made reservation for my sisters and brother. This is my second reservation for them and I did not hear anu complain from my sister. We are very particular with the place we stay whenever we stay longer in the City. Mu sister said it is very clean and the staffs are very nice. I absolutely like their early check.in. Theu travelled for 3hrs the least and arriving early would help them rest a little and settle down beofr3 going to the places they wanted to vistit. Everything was perfect except that it does not seem to have hot shower. I had to take a bath at dawn to catch my early flight so not having hot water in the showers is very inconvenient.

My stay at GV Hotel towers was comfortable, the temperature of the aircon was just right. The view of the city was wonderful. What the hotel needs to improve is that the internet speed and the hot shower. And there should be a phone in every room, mine had none. I will still recommend this hotel to my friends who are on a budget, if there are no other choices. It will probably take me some time to check in again.
