Basic but clean and comfortable”
Third stay here for two days. Even it was brown out in Catarman for 3 days they kept the Generator running (with rest periods) so most of time had power and AirCon !! Greater a small provincial town. well above the average hotel of its class and value for money.

Room 304 and 308 Guest feedback: Other Rating: ★★★★★ Details:: Budget Hotel but near everywhere. Cheap transpo always available. Great airconditioning in the rooms though limited space. The best part is that the hotel staff Jomax and Christian and all the others in the hotel provided great service and excellent accommodation worth of a 5 star hotel but in a very affordable place for the 3-nights duration of our stay... tho the beddings need to be improved for the thinness of the sheets and worn out already but they are all overlooked because of the wonderful service of all the staff here. They attended to all our needs and have been very friendly it made us all feel at home. Keep up the great service. We will definitely come back here because of the awesome hospitality. We enjoyed our stay the most primarily of the warm service of the crew. Keep it up!

Piece of advice ”
Although the affordability and staff service of the hotel is far excellent, cleanliness seems their downside. At one time during my stay, the whole 3rd floor of the hotel (up to my room) smelled like someone had just cooked a fried fish. Only to find out that the hotel staffs did fried a fish in their dining area which is just located at the hotel lobby. Its BIG BIG NO guys

the staffs were helpful ... when I talked to them about not having any phone signal in my room, they offered me another room right away. Wifi is good only in the lobby area., NO hot shower!!!

The place was small, no hot water, and had a bad odor. Additionally, while inside the room, the WiFi would not connect during the 2 nights we stayed.

Do not expect much. But, the room is good for travellers from a long ride. And if you need a sleepover. Stayed here for 3days and 2 nights only. I would not recommend it for a group with children/kids, but for couples like US, from a 24hour road trip (Manila to Cataraman). Staffs are super accomodating and super friendly. ❤️ Thank you so much.

It is not a fancy hotel but recommended for those on a budget. Very accessible and family friendly, they allow my family to stay with some kids without any extra charge. You can also check-in early without any charge. Friendly staff.
