"I stayed in a fan bungalow for three nights. I loved it there. That said, these are the conditions: Bayview is located above Sunset Beach, about 3/4 mile from Pattaya Beach. Walking takes about 15 minutes, but taxis are everywhere for 50 baht. Be sure that Sunset Beach is the right location for you. This is not a party place. Be advised that it is HOT on Lipe, and although the breeze on the hill feels great when it's blowing, it can still get pretty darn hot. Feel sorry for those backpackers around the island who booked into tents! This hotel is separated into two locations. Aircon rooms are by the reception area and fan rooms are farther up the hill behind the Sawan resort. Fan rooms share the view with this $400+ per night resort, so enjoy the same view at a fraction of the cost. Fan rooms are basic but have everything you need, including comfy bed, mosquito net, hot shower, several power points for charging devices, and adequate light for reading. Little balconies with table and chairs are great for reading or relaxing in the afternoon, but sun drenched in the mornings. Staff speak little English but are very kind. The fan rooms are tidied up each day, with two bottles of water provided. If you are a high maintenance guest who needs to be tended to, this may not be your place, but if you don't mind fending for yourself and seeking out help when you need it, keep reading. The little beach below the hotel is perfect. They have just enough chairs and tables for lounging. Although they currently only serve a basic breakfast and drinks, just down the beach is Flour Power restaurant, which serves excellent food. Slightly more expensive but worth it, the Sawan Resort has a very good restaurant too (make a reservation). All in all, if I ever return to Koh Lipe, I will return to this great little hotel. Truly a hidden gem. "

"Nice & friendly staff. Should provide umbrella for each rooms as the beach always rains. We stayed in Koh Lipe 5 days (4 days raining). New hotel but the toilet bowl lid has damaged. Please replace it."

"Our stay at The Noi guesthouse was great, the staff is incredible and go out of their way to help you, from taxi ride to anywhere on the island, to helping us with our multiple questions and requests - and we had the best Thai food on the island at Noi. Location is perfect as you are in the center of the island and every beach is accessible so you're not limited to one of them - made our stay more fun since Koh Lipe is a very small island. The staff is always smiling, warm and welcoming - the rooms are clean and there is a cosy "chilling area" upstairs - we wouldn't stay anywhere else on Koh Lipe! "

"We were hesitant to book this place at first, since it was recently added. But we are so glad we did. From the moment we met the stuff (which is all managed by a group of super-friendly ladies), and saw our family room, our holidays were simply fabulous. We've literary checked all of the hostels and budget accommodation options on Koh Lipe island, and I can state that this was the only place which didn't have molds or was humid and dark. In fact, it was opposite - really cosy, clean room, well maintained and it had everything we need for our stay. As well as nice view from the balcony. The location is superb, right on the middle of Walking Street, less than 100 meters from Pattaya beach. We are so happy we found this little gem, and I'm almost blaming myself for giving up this place, but at the same time I'm pretty sure, it will be pre-booked in advance. Their Italian style coffee is great, as well as super delicious French waffles and real Italian gelato. And they serve amazing breakfast with a discount for their guests. Thank you and we are looking forward to staying here again!"

"The hotels is very well priced and well located. It is located at the end of walking street towards sunrise beach so you are near to practically everything. First of all, Walking Street, where all the restaurants, shops ans massages are, are right just behind the hotel. It is a short 3 minutes walk to sunrise beach and about 8 minutes to Pataya Beach. It also provides excellent value too for a hotel in Koh Lipe. All the rooms have wi-fi, an in-room safe, air conditioning and a hot shower. The sheets, and pillow cases are crisp, white and clean. One of the best stays in Koh Lipe for that price range! "

"Very nice accommodations and vibe. Watch a flick or take in the band. I would recommend the upgraded rooms as the standard need some tlc. The owner is great and the location is close. The best beach is when you walk out of the resort take a right, and then your first left. The walk is about 15 mons but you’ll find quiet beaches and the best snorkeling. "

"Good. Hotel loacation in the middle. Near to sunset and not to far from pattaya beach. Walking below 10 minutes to Walking Street. Have a free breakfast by we didnt take it because serve pork but we dont have any issue with that Send us to Bundhaya Port for free and very happy with that. So far this hotel is very OK with me."
