"We had a nice stay in Davao City, the hotel is located at the city center so all establishments, parks, stores, even banks are really close to this hotel. The rooms are clean, and they always clean the room, change the linen, towels, etc. If you're on a budget travel, you may want to consider this hotel. The complimentary breakfast are well served. The only problem we've encountered is that the ac keeps on dripping, especially if you set the ac to turbo cool, you will just wake up with a flooded floor. Overall, our stay was good! "

"Had this hotel booked online for a night. i was with my wife, daughter and 3 nieces, so had to book 2 rooms. one for us and a family room for the girls (3 adults and 1 teenager). Hotel is really super nice considering its room rates. Not really that fancy but very comfy. Hotel staffs are all commendable. they're all very courteous and attend to your needs right away. Checking in and out was just a breeze. You can order breakfast too!!! which is good. The girls enjoyed the pool early the next morning and have that breakky by the pool. Their verdict? Although, location-wise, it's kind of far from the city proper, Executive Villa Inn should be our home away from home whenever we're in Davao City. And to this, My wife and I Agreed!!! ps. car parking though had to be worked on as this is important as well."

"My business in Davao was with their Central 911 so for me, the location was perfect as it's right across the street. The downside was the internet. It was down on my first day but through no fault of the establishment."

"It’s in the heart of Davao City. Accessible to most tourist spots in the city. It’s also near Roxas Ave where the Night Market is located near Ateneo de Davao University 3 of us booked a family room for 4 and it was a nice stay. There’s WiFi available and the room is clean, same goes for the bathroom. I’m really picky when it comes to toilets and they have clean toilets and working hot and cold shower. Rooms are well-ventilated and there’s Cable TV available. WiFi tends to be weak at night but if you have mobile data to assist you, it’s all good. There’s also free breakfast during our stay so that helped us worry less on the things we need to have during our stay. Overall, the place is accessible, the people are friendly and the stay is really affordable. Excited to see Davao again. "

"Pros: Rooms are large enough, they were clean and had a TV, internet, hot shower. Place itself is a restaurant within a quiet reidential area in Davao Cituy, less than 10mins away by taxi to SM City Ecoland and S&R. Neighborhood is good for walks. Close to restaurants. Best part is that it's pet friendy so we were able to bring our small furbaby. She had lots of space to run ourside. FYI your pooch must have it's cage. Customer service is also efficient and they were all pleasant and quick to address our needs. Breakfast was not included in the package but that's fine. They serve this in the resto and you can eat outdoors. Cons: Just minor things: - Aircon was really noisy at night. Had some trouble sleeping because I'm sensitive to noise. - Wifi was super slow and we had trouble connecting. - Water heater never really got hot. - No toilettry kit. - Did not provide bottled water in the room. "

"When we arrived ahead earlier than scheduled and our room was still unavailable, we were offered a different room with the same rate. That was definitely considerate. The hotel itself was very clean and looked well-kept. The rooms were not big but were just right for travellers. We did not plan to stay indoors most of the time anyway. It was also a good starting point to explore Davao. It was very accessible by public and private transport and a short walk away from the main road. "

"The Big House is a place of solitude and tranquility ! The owners are warm and very hospitable. They went out of their way to bring us to Sunday service and it was an experience of a lifetime. They have wonderful food ! They have the best halo halo in town. Truly home made ! a MUST try ! I am already thinking of my next trip to Davao this year. I shall return. "

"stayed here because it was cheap.i paid 34 usd via agoda.check in was friendly and efficient.the room was quite small and to tell the truth i was a bit disappointed at its appearance of low quality.however it was comfortable and as it turns out a good choice.plenty of hot water.clean and simple is a good description.satisfactory tv english speaking channels. hotel staff were friendly and very helpful.the wi-fi is included in price as was a rather good breakfast.had dinner once in the restaurant and quality was good. most of the hotels in davao city are within about 3 squarek'm's so handy position. at one third the price of the two majors in davao this hotel is value ,unless you want to spend all your time at the hotel. i would stay again."
