"You will get a room in a Residential building. There's no elevator so you will have to bring your luggage up some stairs. I got the room with a balcony and it was large and spacious with nice lighting. Not many options for eating at night walking distance from the hotel, but it's good enough."

"I booked this hotel for 1 night with expected quite room for my important meeting at Dist 1 in next day. The room was normal quality but that is fair if you compare with room rate. It look a little bit old but I really love their room decoration with artistic design. The hotel located in small alley but it is 30m walk to main street where I have enjoyed many vietnamese food. Reception staff and hotel owner were awesome, they always smile and charming. I couldn't expected more with a small hotel. Thank to give me a nice room with very quite, I have a sleep like babe. I will come back soon!!! "
