Exceptional Services”

This is my 2nd-time to stay at this hotel. Love the vibe. Easy to get food supply. Supermarket and Pizza Hut on far-right (7 mins walking), KFC just at the backside (3 mins walking), and Mamak's on the left, backside *2 mins walking). Furthermore, for breakfast, lunch and late evening food, just beside the entrance! How convenience! ATM also not so far. Less than 5 mins walk. Will come again, if have a business in Raub.

Mind you this hotel does not have a lift, other than that all is fine. If you drive, remember to put on coupons otherwise you will be fined. It would be good if the reception can remind travelers about the car park coupons.

Fully equipped. Very comfortable. The next morning, went we’re about to checkout, we realised the hotel gave us a parking coupon to avoid us from getting fined. Really thoughtful and great service 👍🏻

Everything is nice”

except the carpet of staircase just a bit dirty, need clean or vacuum. And hope breakfast can have 2 more choices, such as fresh cooking egg or milk.

Good location. Took 2 king bed room and it was spacious. Only set back was the hotel not equipped with lift. We got our rooms at highest floor, up and down using staircase. Not suitable for elderly and handicap personnel. Agoda should also notify customer if the hotel does not have lift facilities. Breakfast is horrible.

Nice hotel for short stay”

The place is close to town. Near a supermarket and eateries. We had a wedding ro attend in Raub and it is very convenient. The room is small but very comfortable. However there is no elevator & no fridge in the room .
