Convenient and great staffs”

We had a good time staying here. Spacious room, clean bathroom and sheets. The downside is the elevator does not reach the basement. I suddenly needed to bring my 24" luggage to the room and the car was parked in the basement. There was no staff standby around there and no elevators. So I gotta carry that 15kg luggage by stairs to the GF. It was exhausting...

Cons - During peak hours, Slack counter service during check in, no urgency towards waiting customers eventhough there is 2 counters available & 4 frontdest staff is at the counter.
