Pros: 1. very near the traditional market, supermarket is just downstairs 2. Buffet breakfast is good Cons: 1. Room is smelly 2. Linens do not smell fresh although looking fresh 3. Floor is dirty

The location was great since it is just a short drive away from many delicious local foods,,the facilities were okay (understandable since it is a budget hotel anyway 😀) but I do hope the reception staff can be friendlier tho

Extremely bad smell”
They wanted 200.000 IDR deposit for a "mini-bar" of cheap cookies. The floor with my room on smelled incredibly bad, mouldy, cleaning stuff. But the room was worse. No window. I asked for another one on the opposite side and got one. There or smelled slightly better, but still quite bad. Breakfast the usual in Asian hotels. A lot of noise from the streets. Cannot recommend this hotel.

Well I'll start off with the positives about this hotel. I have to say the photos do justice, the hotel actually looks better than a 3* standard, it was very clean and there were air fresheners attached to the walls in most of the places which is great because at least it would smell much more pleasant. As for the negatives, I have to say the WiFi connection was appalling, it would work intermittently and wasn't very stable which wasted a lot of my time trying to keep in touch with family and friends. My advice would be to upgrade the WiFi to avoid further inconvenience to future customers.

Clean and Excellent Service”
The room was standard, not a big enough. The highest floor was 3rd floor, so they couldn't offer you a city view. Room was clean and good fragrance. Breakfast menu was delicious, definitely will come back to this hotel.

Room very clean Food is very delicious The surronding hotel has alot of food along the street. Remember this hotel very far from Medan town,abt 7-8 km.
