A Quiet Place to Stay”
It was a last minute decision to book a hotel for the new year. Grand Hyatt was the best choice since it's just near my office along 36th Ave. and I was working until the 31st. Glad that there were still available rooms. We had a pretty good stay in the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Everyone was strictly following the safety and hygiene protocols. Checking in and out was not a hassle. Even the swabbing took only minutes to finish. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food were good both for our New Year's dinner and breakfast. Luxurious Staycation at the Grand Hyatt”
The King Deluxe Room is very spacious, had well-designed interiors, a walk-in closet, a large bathroom with a tub, vanity and cascading shower with a seating area. The staff was very accommodating. The pool area was large and well maintained as well. The breakfast buffet also offers a vast selection of dishes to include dumsim, pastries, cheeses, hams, egg station, cereals, yogurt and many more. The room also had a good view of BGC. Another thing that we loved about The Grand Hyatt is its close proximity to Uptown Mall and its is also walkable to High Street so if need to go grocery shopping, catch a movie, go to a business meeting or have a wide selection of restaurants to choose from this hotel is a great option.

at this price point we get the service and quality of the elite - everything is just amazing: great gym, squeeky clean room, everything in perfect working condition, super complete and a large room at that. Bathing facilities are just grand and the place is quiet and a sight for sore eyes. The bar ar the top is top notch... will be back!

Best hotel in BGC ”
Loved the room - very modern with floor to ceiling window view, nice touch on the toiletries too. very child friendly - had a huge swimming pool, kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs/jacuzzi. I like that its not too close to the mall - really prime you to rest and enjoy the amenities. If you do feel like shopping or eating out - uptown mall is also close by. Service is excellent too, kudos to the staff. My daughter loved every moment of it to say the least so will be returning soon. Worth every penny i may say.. Thanks GHH. Keep it up!

Perhaps the best in town ”
Housed in the tallest building in all of the Philippines, Grand Hyatt Hotel is perhaps the best in Manila. Service is attentive and helpful. Facilities are well polished and squeaky clean. The pool though is smaller compared to other 5 star hotels in the city. Buffet breakfast has great selections.

Grand Hyatt was just fantastic for me and my other half. From checking in to checking out it went very smoothly. Drew from Front Desk was very pleasant, even upgraded our room with an early check in. All the staff were very polite and just amazing. The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk to Uptown mall and many other restaurants. You can either walk or even take a Grab whichever you prefer. Since it’s in BGC you are pretty much close to many malls, restaurants and shops. We will continue to book our stays with Grand Hyatt Hotel.

Thank you, Grand Hyatt, BGC. It was a fab stay with a complimentary room upgrade for me, my husband, and my teen daughter. Welcome room food freebies are great and a surprise birthday cake for my husband was just heartwarming. The gym is also well equipped. Points for improvement are the food menu at The Lounge (mezzanine) with a sad bland burger, and hopefully more choices and tastier fare at breakfasts at The Grand Kitchen next time. But I would highly endorse Grand Hyatt Hotel in BGC anytime! Thank you.

Smart choice to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniv with the Grand Escape Staycation Package @ reasonable cost esp this uncertain pandemic. On top of irresistible inclusions such as good breakfast, we got a room upgrade and other freebies like compli sodas, cake and wine. This made up for the rainy Saturday yet still enjoyed the facilities the next day w late checkout. The Peak brief experience on the 60th floor w fantastic view given late notice from waitlist completed our memorable stay. Thanks Agoda and Grand Hyatt BGC, keep them coming!

Great View At The Peak”
Beautiful new hotel in Bonifacio Global City. Location is great, room is spacious and the staff at reception and concierge, the pool as well as the room attendant are all great. Where they need to improve on is the service at their Buffet Restaurant. There was only one or two that were keen at what they were doing however most of them were not as attentive and were just standing around waiting to be called. Not yet quite 5 Star service. The No. 8 China House restaurant on the other hand was superb. We reserved for 14 people in one of their private rooms which was great for a get together with family and friends. The food was delicious and authentic. The flavour and seasoning was just perfect. The service was very good and quick. They paid attention to your needs and made sure all is well. I highly recommend this place. Had dinner at the Peak at 6pm and they ran out of Buratta Cheese, and could not serve a drink on their menu because they did not have a carafe? Great view though.

Staff were friendly even though the line upon check in was a bit long they made sure we are not uncomfortable. The room we stayed was super nice and clean. The amenities was also good. Breakfast was also good. Will definitely come back

Overall great stay, rooms are spacious and we had a lovely views on the 41st floor. Had afternoon tea, dinner at Peak and breakfast. Service was superb and friendly, food quality and presentation very good. First time breakfast buffet in 2 years and felt safe, constant sanitizing and everone wears mask when going to the buffet Overall it was really nice

staff and facility are definitely 5-star level. Everything’s new and comfortable. Everyone is well trained, from HK/back office/ service center/ concierge/ to security. Perhaps because of pandemic, the menu is kinda limited. I tried 50% of items during 4 days. An advice for F&B that Dimsum definitely needs to be improved, for me it looks & tastes no different from any convenience store. It deserves better. Deserts and breakfast, Filipino cuisine are remarkable. The peak grill also provides an excellent view. A nice staycation. Would visit more in the future if there’d be more promo for 1-pax traveler ;)

Enjoyed our stay there. Front desk staff Jan was polite and friendly and was even considerate to give us a few hours of extension without charge as my family and I were able to check in late. We appreciate those things and we plan to stay here again after being treated nicely. Hotel is near nice places to shop and eat.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL IN BGC”
Grand Hyatt Manila is a newly built hotel in BGC. It's one of my favorite hotel in BGC next to Shangrila Fort. Staffs are friendly. Room is huge enough and I particularly love their bath tub. They also provided crib and soft sheets for my baby which is always nice. I can't wait to go back again!
