A good choice for short staying”
My family (2 adults and 1 baby) stayed one night at the Grand Hotel Lille. Overall it was a nice stay. The best thing of this hotel is the location. It was close to the train station and very easy to find. The staffs are friendly and helpful. All communications are in English and there is no language barrier. However, the staffs need to be more clear in informing to the guests in all situations. The facilities are good and the room is clean. All in all, I recommend this hotel for a family for a short stay in Lille.

Uncomfortable ”
They are calling themselves grande and the king bed they provide you cannot accommodate one person !! Small room uncomfortable. As usuall its a caravan and if your nibour breaths you hear the voice. They talk about parking which is not available and room wifi which is zero and useless.Not worth the money.

It is not a poor choice”
The hotel is located within walking distance from Lille Europe on arrival and still closer to Lille Flanders for our departure and particularly that Place du Theatre is even much closer. Though the heating system is deemed ‘ancient’ it is functioning well. The curtain and bedspread are of the same colourful material. The neighbourhood is quiet. We are pleased that we could able to check-in earlier before noon.

Au cœur de Lille”
À 150 m de la gare Lille Flandres, à 300/400 m du centre, cet hôtel est particulièrement bien situé. Le personnel est à l'écoute de vos désirs. La literie est comme il faut, ni trop dure, ni trop molle. De la chambre sur la cour on n'entendait aucun bruit, parfaite pour se reposer. Un seul petit bémol, il n'y avait pas de lait végétal pour le petit déjeuner, mais il n'y a peut-être pas la demande. En résumé cet hôtel est comme il faut puisque bien souvent il était complet.

hôtel idéalement au centre de lille entre la gare et la grand place, donc proche de tous les lieux agréables du vieux lille , des cafés , des restaurants , des musées ,accueil agréable à l'hôtel qui s'est révélé calme bien qu'étant situé sur une grande artère , petit déjeuner copieux et viennoiseries fraiches , donc globalement sympathique à recommander
