My stay was very pleasant. After a long day out, we had a quiet sleep in the triple room downstairs and we couldn't hear any traffic noise that is typical in Indonesia. The TV had modern channels like CNN. The porters helped to carry our stuff (which was a lot) to/from our room. The downside of this review is that the food served at breakfast is quite limited in variety, there is no continental breakfast, although omelettes are available upon request. Also the hot water in the shower can take a long time to come out, you have to let the water run for a few minutes before it gets hot.

All condition & Property was good & comfortable but only the taste of breakfast was standard and sometime less than delicious. one more, the air conditioning is not available only exhaust fan, so the room less than cool even the weather in batu is cool.

The hotel location is near selecta. The hotel itself looks new, the room has large bed size (king size maybe).

Apart from the comfy bed and excellent customer service, there's nothing to brag about this hotel. None of the amenities they offered were working. Swimming pool was in a mess, filled with muddy water. External air con unit leaked. No warm water for shower. Better off staying at a homestay.

It was a pleasant stay for me and the staff were exceptional good as they were always there to render aid to us when needed such as when the water heater was not functional we informed them and within minutes it was already fixed. The other aspect that made my stay there pleasant was that the staff did not only clean and made our beds and room but they actually go the extra mile and fold my apparels and placed it nicely and none of our valuables were taken hence i applaud for that for having such a trustworthy and compassionate staff.

Hotel tua, pengap dan suram”
Beberapa review bagus, beberapa review jelek. Saya lebih percaya yang review bagus tapi ternyata saya salah hahahaha .... Hotel tua yang ngga di urus dg baik, kamar pengap, bau, sprei kusam seperti tidak bersih nyucinya. Suara dari luar terdengar sangat jelas karena ada jendela di kamar yang menghadap lorong. Karena kamar diujung, wifi ngga nyampe, signal hp juga ngga bisa. Maaf ngga akan memginap disini lagi.
