Nice rooms for the price at out of the way location”

The room quality, staff freindliness etc at this apartelle is excellent. It attracts mostly medium stay clients. For the price you get a fairly big suite room witha small pool.. The same price will get youa smaller, relatively old and probably without pool in central Cebu. Location is about 300m down a small side rod besides the main Mandaue Foam showroom. Not easy for taxis or viistors to find. The nearest shops and services are at AS Fortuna about 1km away. There are a few convenience stores about 500m away

Kids pool and studio room is just fine for us. There are utensils that can be used for free and kettle which we really needed for our babys milk. However, location requires short distance walking as the apartelle is not situated along the highway. But over-all with the given price, its very good accommodation.

Excellent”

Place was great. Had fun cooking with my girlfriend. The utensils are lacking though so dont expect to cook something grand. We enjoyed the pool but we have to keep the noise down because of the other tenants. I guess the rooms are not sound proof. Also, there are no stores nearby so make sure to bring enough supplies. Overall, its a great place to relax with the family.

Perfect for overnight or weekend stay”

Drove my car from Bacolod to Cebu so we needed a place with secure parking & this place is definitely secure! Plus they have a pool & rooms are well maintained/clean. It’s also more of a mini-apartment than a hotel room as the rooms have a mini kitchen & fridge.

False advertising ”

Got a room for a week with my spouse and they only offered two twin beds we had to push together. Which, I kept falling in between the mattresses. This location also advertised on our room that it included a kitchenette, however you had to pay extra to get a cook too and rice cooker.... the house keeping staff didn't offer to do the dishes either, which is vastly different from other apartelles we stayed at.

One of the best place for relaxing in quiet neighborhood”

Feels brand new atmosphere, quiet place, cost effective cozy room condition and so on. I like most aspectes of this place but you must have to check out kitchen ware such as rice cook, fry pan or something and exact location before you choose. Then you will be satisfied with them.

Good for a short stay”

Rooms are small with basic furnishings. I think the linen while not dirty is probably due for renewal. Manager is very friendly but location is rather isolated and far from any city atrractions, need to take Grab or taxis. Well priced and no major issues but my first and last stay.

Clean room with very comfortable bed and the pool area is small but relaxing. Nice gym. The Lady in front desk is very accommodating and friendly :)

It was a secured & peaceful place. The room & facilities were clean & new. Swimming pool is small but not crowded. We had a great stay.

Hidden Gem”

Studio A was a bit small but bearable for 2. Pool would have been better if it was longer but I guess it was meant only for one to just soak and destress instead of swimming around. Staff were super friendly, clean facilities. We had a great time chilling on a weekend.

Booked for one week but kept waking up and extending my stay, a really nice atmosphere and nicely away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be within walking distance of the nightlife and malls if needed, next time I will look at monthly stays

Pro's 1. Good location - peaceful and quiet 2. Value for money - daily housekeeping 3. Accomodating and friendly staffs 4. Secured 5. Gym 6. Newly built - everything is new Con's 1. No restaurant 2. Swimming pool is small but not crowded Overall we had a great stay and we will definitely come back.

Nice place but kitchen has no cooking facility!”

Place is very clean and very quiet at night. It is hard to hail GRAB or UBER car sometimes, so tricycle to the main road is an alternative option. Small kitchenette is equipped only to eat delivered foods and make tea/coffee. Table is big enough for 1 person only although it has 2 chairs. Bathroom is spacious and place has good security. Pool is very small, definitely for dipping but not for swimming. Plenty of parking space. Overall good value for money paid. Will stay at this place again.

Was mediocre ..location is crap ..... staff super friendly ....very clean however it's like being in prison with the closed gate Summary: nice hotel but you have to pay extra for hot plate, pots and pans.no drinking water available ,so at the end of the day its the same price as staying at a more expensive hotel.

Not much around the property you must be prepared to catch a taxi to get anything you need . A short trip in a cab will get you to four different shopping complexes Don’t expect to find drinking water when you get there so remember to take some with you
