Cosy Hotel”

During the four-day stay we were the only foreigners in hotel. The hotel is located close to all attractions, including the tunnel of Japanese, Chinese wall. The staff were very helpful and booked us a bus to Padang and Lake Maninjau at prices much cheaper than the travel agencies offered. Maybe it's because we were tourist season.The breakfasts were very delicious, other dishes each day, but at 7 am set guests (probably Malaysians, Indonesians) was in the restaurant. In the restaurant you can dine in style. I would recommend tea with egg - a delicacy in the region. I would recommend this hotel definitely. Thank you very much for your help.

This hotel is a little tired - rooms could be spruced up, corridor carpets quite worn. It is quite well located, being almost opposite Panorama Park and the Japanese tunnels, and about an eight minute walk to the clock tower. Not bad value at $42 Australian dollars a night, but other, slightly more expensive, hotels are better located and may be a nicer option.

It was a great stay. It just that they don't provide kettle and iron. I an so disappointed that I have to request for the hot water and send my clothes to them for iron service and pay some more for the service. The breakfast menu quite limited, should make it more variety. It is very near to Lubang Japang and Ngarai Sianok Great wall, just walking distance.

Cleanliness need to improve as well as the facilities (toilet cannot flush, towel quite dirty and room smelly) Feeling like staying in haunted mansion as no other guest there and end up we check out after one hour check in to the hotel. However the location is strategic.

The bathroom was so dirty, you could not even see yourself on the mirror because how dirty that was. There was also weird smell coming from the bathroom, the floor had some kind of weird off-white stain on it. Breakfast was so plain, only bread, fried rice and lontong+bubur kacang ijo? Not recommended.

Hotel liegt dirket neben dem Eingang zum Sianok-Canyon. Frühstück sehr einfach und nüchtern.Zimmer und ganze Hotelanlage abgenutzt und feucht(keine AC/Fan)

hotel yang menarik dengan penyambut tetamu yang ramah dan mesra melayan kami, cuma sarapan pagi tidak berapa banyak pilihan. kami sekeluarga sungguh selesa dan seronok tinggal disitu selama 3 hari. mungkin satu hari nanti kami akan datang lagi ke sana.

bilik yang luas cantik tapi yang kami tidak berpuashati kenapa tiada kipas atau air-con, cuaca disana sungguh panas membuat kami rasa tidak selesa tinggal di hotel. diharap pihak hotel dapat mengatasi masalah ini. tk.
