Very pleasant hotel for a budget stay. The only problem is no one knows where it is because the name confuses them. Save the hotel location on your maps before going there. Wifi comes and goes sometimes

Room very small even though i booked for quad room...the reason why cause late checked in according to the staff, i stayed for 2days...the tv channel only shows Tamil programmes...i always disturbed by the noise from outside..very annoying

We arrived late at night. Staff is very unhelpful. We had made arrangement with agoda. However she insisted we did not paid for the room. I showed her my room confirmation from my phone. She still do not believe us and demand we pay for the room charges while she check with agoda on the next day. We asked for a reciept anf she reluctantly spend 20 mins on it typing out from her computer. Room stinks and shower point is defective. I used a water hose to bathe. Can easily hear next room noises.

The worst hotel i ever come across6”
I went to the hotel for check in on 19/3 at about 2300hrs.The hotel never honour my online booking through Agoda.Front desk staff told me that the office never inform him about the booking and he can't do anything.The hotel staff ask me pay another RM50 if i need a room to stay.I fork out Rm 50 for do another booking.
