Presentation of the hotel was good. Staff could have given us more information of what to do in town. There is a charge and reservation to use the pool although the gym was accessible. Overall an enjoyable stay

The hotel is very near the train station, around 10 minutes walk. Love this beautiful hotel and friendly staff and the hotel breakfast is good .

Looks fancy but not high quality”

About 15-20 min by foot from the city center. The hotel is looking very modern and nice but it's not very qualitative (no coffee machine, the soap dispensers were not holding correctly etc.). You need to pay extra for the spa which is overbooked and very small (but nicely decorated indeed). They offer you some biscuits and fresh water which was nice, but the staff is not very nice (nobody says hello, they are a bit relunctant to help, only one person of the reception was working will guests were waiting in a queue for check-in...). The service could easily be improved to give a much nicer feeling to the guests.

Room superb ”

We stayed 3 nights in the standard room and were very satisfied. Very clean and tidy, very comfy bed and very helpful staff! A little disappointed by the spa, only a pool and a steam room, no real sauna. Good connections to the center and the Gare central. Parking a little further away. All in all I would recommend!

Good Hotel”

Hotel was beautiful but a bit out of the city center. Just on the edge of it. Breakfast was good but the Bar was really pricey. Room was clean and bathroom amazing.

Hôtel calme avec parking à 20€ par jour et à 12 minutes à pied de la place Kleber, plus rapide qu'en bus ou voiture. Petit déjeuner au top avec sécurité Covid.

Bel et agréable hôtel”

Bel hôtel, tout confort. Très Original dans sa décoration. Le Personnel est à l'écoute et prévenant. Je recommande le virgin pina colada. L’un des serveurs le faisait à merveille.

Y aller les yeux fermer ”

Juste l'hôtel est vraiment neuf et super beau, le personnel est vraiment agréable (tous) Les plats sont copieux et le spa en vaut vraiment la peine, il est très relaxant et le décor est vraiment magnifique. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel tout était parfait

Très à l’écoute ! Service impeccable ! Juste quelques lacune !! Pas de distributeur d’eau dans la salle de sport et pas de petites serviettes ou de quoi s’essuyer !! Sinon rien à dire ! Rapport qualité excellent

Chambres non prêts à l arrive ”

Première chambre ne corresponde pas à ma réservation deuxième chambre odeur de tabac finalement 3 éme chambre très salle non prête pas de draps ni de serviettes à minuit on attendait le service de chambre pour ramener des draps propres Personnes non accueillantes désagréables En résumé je ne recommande cet hôtel à personne
