Value for money and good breakfast”

When I placed the booking, I didn't put high hopes. Maybe because of poor feedback by previous guests. However, to our surprise, our experience is very outstanding. It's a really value for money. I bring my family for a short stay here. Almost everything is good, from room, toilet, lobby even the Cafe. The free breakfast also has variety of food. Almost the same variety you can get from other 3 star hotel It is located in a matured commercial area. So you can find convenient store, mamak (obviously), Maybank within walking distance. Nasmir is popular with their mamak restaurant. So maybe that's how they improvised their service from time to time. However I would like to comment on 2 things only. 1. The wall clock battery should be replaced. 2. The corridor on the 2nd floor is smelly because of smoking guest. 3. Wifi speed is decent about 1.2Mbps download. Eventually my 4G hotspot is faster.

Renovated rooms”

I have been booking this hotel since 2016. Every time i have work in penang. Yes the staff also recognised me. This hotel is very convenient for me. They also have renovated the room. Look more modern. The staff is helpful and friendly. Food is very easy to find. You have Juru Autocity area with lots of choices. If you feel lazy mamak downstairs, tomyam restaurant around the corner and burger stall at night.

Good budget hotel”

The checkin is easy. Eventhough the room is a bit old but clean enough. Good enough for short stay. They provide breakfast in the cafe and there is 3 options of menu for you to choose. The staff is friendly. It would be better if more hangers provided and the bidet has stronger water flow. My room has broken door latch though and the coffee provided in the room is not good at all. Overall, good budget hotel to stay.

Pros: Im Attracted to this hotel because of the price (family room is the cheapest among all in penang) Spacious room, comfortable for family Easy access (walking distance) to restaurants (oldtown coffee, starbucks, nandos) & self service laundry (downstairs) Cons: Provided parking for hotel customer is remote & feel unsafe, downstairs parkings are always occupied Not satisfied with room cleanliness (bathroom stains, carpet is dusty, new towel smells) Hotel near main road, can hear outside vehicles loud until midnite Breakfast food taste awful (better dont take room rate with breakfast)

Strategic location”

I booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to an event we're attending. I didn't know what to expect from this hotel, so I made sure my family's expectations were dialed down to avoid disappointments. As such we're pleasantly surprised as the room was large & clean, breakfast spread was adequate & there was even a gym. The hotel was also located near many restaurants such as Swensen's, Seoul Garden, Sakae Sushi, Starbucks etc. On the downside, the shower heater wasn't working and the pillows were too high & hard. Interior design was, "unconventional", with dim lighting.

Stayed for 1 night with a small boy. Welcomed by 2 friendly staffs with welcome drink. Room’s was spacious and toiletries such as toothbrush was provided. The towels provided does not looks clean to me, so I’ve used mine. Good location with no parking issues. Overall, great value for money.

Good place to stay”

The location was strategic, just a few minute from exit Juru Plus Highway. Nice facilities, got basic free breakfast. The room is tidy and clean. Worth with what you pay for it.
