At first , few days before i go to cameron , I started to feel worry as on booking details there was no contect number of reception as i can read review that said we need to get key from others place before we check in to our room but a day before , i get email that told where i need to take apartment’s keys . Futhermore , makesure to ask for towel if you need it as you need to pay for deposit rm10 / towel and need to return it with keys when checkou. For your information, i stayed at golden hills one room apartment . It have a queen bed inside the room but there provide two single bed without bed cover and they also give extra pillow . So make sure to bring extra bed cover and toto also as you all will experience a cool wheather during night . That aprtment was a good location if you want to go night market but do check when night market their operation days . The aprtment was very good and resonable price to stay for people with 4- 6 adults and 2 kids . Overall highly recommended

Barrington Square apartments not Golden hill Apt”

Yes, this is Barrington square not Golden hill apt as stated in Agoda. This is Hotel Chua Gin's property, renter need to collect and send back the key to this hotel. Rm100 for security deposit need to pay first before the arrival to ensure the confirmation of booking. Owner said just pay the rest when arrived but somehow the conversation not as said, the depo will be returned after checkout. I am satisfied with this apt but with a few thing that i want to highlight. 1) The bedsheet and pillows' sheet look like unwashed because there is a few brown spot appears. 2) Extra single bed is provided, maybe owner can inform renter to bring their own bedsheet. 3) Kitchenware is provided, maybe can add multicooker for cook because there is only water heater( jug) available. 4) Need to provide extra hanger to hang clothes because only 1 hanger is provided. Management office (Hotel Chua Gin)”

Management should provide important information such as where the keys should be collect. In my case, management does not provide information/address/contact number where should I collect keys/check-in. After arrived at hotel then i knows (after googling and asking others agencies management) that management office located at Hotel Chua Gin (located Brinchang Town, few kilometres from Golden Hills). I have to turn back there. Overall, good facilities but management can be improved!

great location as the weekend night market is just downstairs. the apartment is clean & comfy, no complaints. only trouble we encountered was the owner did not send the information for checking in - we had to call agoda customer service to locate the owner & drive to tanah rata to pick up the keys.

Pros & cons”

Pros - Good location with night market just below. - Apartment was spacious, neat and tidy. - Basement parking was good as to not be affected by night marketers. Cons - The room we received did not look like the pictures at all, very basic unit. - No towels or shampoo provided, only a tiny bar of soap. - Noisy environment as we can hear noise from the night market and road traffic. Neighbors were also renovating which adds to the noise. - Cleanliness of bedroom - the bedsheets had a bad smell and felt itchy so it was unpleasant to sleep on. Extra mattress provided was dirty, torn with holes and worn out. - Cleanliness of kitchen - we found rubbish bag with rubbish inside the cabinets. Cleaners must have just left it in there instead of throwing it out. It made the cabinets smelly. We weren’t allowed to cook but they supplied a electric pot for reheating/steaming. Overall average for the price we paid.

Pros: value for money near to night market near to convenient store downstairs COns: (1) Very very basic facilities in the apartment -no rug/carpet (a cheap one would do as the floor gets cold) -no pipe in toilet -no microwave (it would be better to provide for guests to heat their foods, a cheap one would do) -hard sofa/cushion -interior look somehow lousy and differ from what being advertise -additional blanket a bit dusty with many cigarette burns on it (2) services -checkin in counter is not 1km from the apartment location as mentioned -staffs not that friendly upon checkin but acceptable -no towel provided (luckily i asked) -no other explanation given once handed the key -checked in almost at 5pm but upon arrival at the apartment staff still cleaning the apartment. -no daily housekeeping as advertised (3) Surrounding -near to night market is a plus point but somehow noisy until late at night After all not a pleasant stay for me. Many improvements should be made by owner.

Location too strategic. Was at Block B. Don’t expect 5 stars service that’s the good rate u stay for. Down the block with Chinese/ Malay/western Food store/pub. Few steps away to night market. The sound of music till 1am . Anyway is worth for money . But not encourage family n kid to stay.

UNIT C 1-11 - VERY EMPTY UNIT 1- FAN IN THE ROOM NOT WORKING PROPERLY. AFTER INFORM THEY STANDBY A SMALL STAND FAN 2- WATER HEATER ONLY CAN FEEL THE HEAT ON LAST DAY ON FRIDAY. 3- KITCHEN ONLY STANDBY 1 COOKER AND 2 PLATEs, CUPS , FOX AND SPOON. ( NOT SUITE FOR FAMILY. COUPLE IS OKAY. 4- THIS UNIT DON'T PROVIDE BATH TOWEL. IF YOU NEED IT, CAN BE RENT FROM HOTEL YOU PICKED THE KEY FROM. MY SUGGESTION : ATLEAST A CARPET AT REST AREA. OR STANDBY HOUSE SLEEPER. KIBLAT SIGN FOR MUSLIM
