Great in all aspects”

This is the 3rd time I stay in this hotel. This time I chose a room without windows and it helps me to sleep much better :) Great price, location, wifi, soft bed and friendly staff, free 2 bottles mineral water, tissue. Seriously, there's ain't anything to complain. Though I have a suggestion to include a kettle in every room, so we can make coffee or tea :)

Being in Giang Linh Hotel”

Wow, there is so much to write! Well, let me start off with how being my airline's fault I did not get here on time and the Mgmt made SURE I was STILL welcolmed and set me up in a GREAT room! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was accomodating and just SO FRIENDLY!!! The room was FOREVER CLEAN, the water HOT, the A/C freezing if I ever wanted, I had parking for my bike, EVERYTHING is NEAR...I could NOT ask for anything better for the price! As above, an excellent choice when visit Ho Chi Minh city. Fast wifi 5G, spacious big and clean rooms, creative beautiful walls, friendly staff, free 2 bottles mineral water, toothbrushes, toothpastes, hand soap, tissue and tea. And there's a bathtub in toilet too :)) The only drawback is I prefer a room without windows so sunshine will not enter room from 6am. But I will request one next time :)

At the price, you get what you pay for. But it's within walking distance of Ben Thanh market, and very central if you want to travel anywhere in HCM. I'd stay again.

Some points for improvement”

1) Lady staff on afternoon shift need to understand not to greet guests by full name(surname and name), as this is considered rude in most countries. 2) Clearing of trash is not done on a daily basis. I saw my eaten food bags still not cleared near lift, on 2nd day. 3) Ants inside room. 4) Too strong shower water pressure when bathe. Warm water takes 5-10 minutes to come. 5) There is minifridge inside room, but no connecting powerpoint nearby to plug in the fridge. 6) Maybe can consider room card key instead of door key in the future? Overall, an excellent choice of hotel to stay in D1 in Saigon. Price is very reasonable and room is comfy.

An absolutely mess”

Room 302 which was supposed to be my room was a total mess upon my arrival. We called the receptionist and he had the gut to question back “was it just the bed unmade?”. It was more than “just the bed”, trash was everywhere, plastic cups all on the table, full trash bins filled up, and the odor… Guess any hotel can self-claimed 3-star now.

mặt tiền gần trung tâm, mình cảm thấy ở được. Thoải mái chuyện đi lại. Nhưng khúc đường này khuya không có gì ăn nhe chỉ có quán nhậu. Ban ngày thì nhiều đồ ăn. Chủ và nhân viên người Bắc rất tốt, hoà nhã. Sẽ đến tiếp nếu có dịp.
