An adequate hotel”
For one-night-stay traveler, the hotel was quite enough. My friend who stayed there was pretty disturbed by the angkot, they turned quite loud music until late night. The menu for breakfast need improvements, hardly any protein and very limited variety. The room was quite spacious and clean.

Room nice,shower good with hot and cold water, you can pay for your breakfast about 50K Rupiah around US$ 3,5 per person, my last visit was much cheaper for a breakfast.

I have bought some satay for my family, but can’t get some room on hotel freezer They told me that their freezer dont have enough space, and their big freezer is for halal food only I know that, but this food was packed safely with plastic bag Finally on July 26 at the midnight, I decide to leave Genio hotel and book for another hotel, you can see my next booking at Agoda, Quality Manado, very good services Never go back to Genio hotel anymore

Smelly Bedroom and Lazy Staff”
Room has stinky smell at Floor 7. Front desk staff but promised to changed but nothing happened and kept saying fully-booked. Too lazy to change the room for us. Very bad breakfast food taste and selections.

Good room and good service”
I needed a room for a night in Manando while changing planes on a diving holiday, and I ended up staying three nights. The room was ideal for me: good wifi, room safe, nicely furnished and perfectly clean. During my stay the staff were attentive and efficient. After I left I realised that stupidly I had left a small and slightly valuable possession behind in the room. I emailed a couple of days later when I realised what had happened and they told me that it had been found and arranged for me to be reunited with it. I was totally impressed with the honesty of the housekeeping staff in recovering it and the efficiency and helpfulness of the front office in helping me to get it back. This would be exceptional service anywhere.

Usually no hot water ”
It’s one of them hotels wher you need to shower at odd times to try get some hot water. During my 4 days I had 2 hot showers. Once at arrival time 3pm and leaving morning 4am. If showering at usual morning and evening times there was never any hot water left. Room was fine just unprofessional finishes such as paint and curtains that don’t block light entering the room. Staff were pretty average but polite. Location not so great but only 10min car ride away to city center. Food was very average, not so great in other words. Sleeping amenities were fine. Overall, price was cheap, and room was clean. Overall score for all things 6.5/10

Perfect hotel”
Good hotel. Location is fine if you are going to Bunaken. Visitingen the boule hard malls is a good walk. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Wifi is a bit slow. Breakfasts is good, Indonesian style, but they also have toast & jam. I loved their fresh sambal. Taxi from the airport was 100 000 IDR.

Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Most people still don't know this hotel, since previously it was named something else. Very close to the chinese temple and traditional market.

Bigger room and Nice”
Room are bigger then other low cost hotel room. AC is cool. Breakfast is limited choice..you can order food via "go food" if you don't want to it from restaurant. You can walk about 15 minutes to "Pasar 45" that is traditional food and environment, if you want to go to the mall, you can take Angkot/traditional Indonesia transport or taxi. Overall room is nice and wifi is fast too.Will come back here sometimes
