If you can....book higher than economy”
To begin, what made this stay bearable was the staff. The lady at the front desk named Gemma, was so nice and so wanting to make the stay comfortable. This hotel is mainly a conference hotel based on the many event places on the grounds. Set back from the main street, it was a nice oasis from the maddening and loud traffic. I would stay again, but book a more quality room. We went for budget and that is what you get. Although the room was ok, the bathroom (comfort room) was unacceptable. No hot water and the shower over the toilet??? The internet worked only in the lobby. You need to avoid the restaurants adjacent to the hotel and walk a little to either side. Huge price difference. Recommend the "My Pot" restaurant....all you can eat for 100 pesos ($2.30 USD), and a good selection.

1.Need to repair the holder of hot shower spray 2. From the time I entered the lobby, nobody noticed my presence and waiting , standing in the reception table while the lady receptionis beside me busy in the computer . 3. Staff are not aware about AGODA booking. 4. Swimming pool front gate is locked, They told me to use the side gate near the maintenance repair area , unsafe for the kids because the building is under construction 4. Narrow drive thru parking lot ( basketball half court) Too small parking space for a big hotel and resort

The staff are friendly and helpful. I think it would be better if room smells refreshing and ready before the guest enters. Overall it was a good experience. I definitely recommend this to my friends. I highly recommend that they'll put some mint/chamomile or anything that the room will smell good and not "old house like smell".

A nice place to stay!”
Pros are: The location & the weather is really nice & cold. There are a lot of restaurants & fastfood nearby. The room given to us is spacious. The pool water is clean. Not too strict about check-in & check-out time. Cons are: The comfort room needs some bathroom freshener. The aircondition is visibly old, already yellowish in color but still does its job somehow. Staffs are not that welcoming nor warm to guests. The phone in our room was not working during our stay, maybe because they are in the process of renovating the place. Overall, I would say our stay has been a good experience.

The airconditioning and TV were working properly. The place is really cozy and clean and near restaurants. I really liked the swimming pool as it is not too deep for the kids.

No refrigerator and telephone in the family room. Lock is not that secured. It is better to double check if the door knob is really locked. No available thermos in the room. Staff are friendly. However, further trainings and orientations are needed. They are completely unaware of the services of the hotel.

It was an awful experience!”
My family and I were all frustrated with the condition of the hotel room we got and the pool as well and the customer service of the staff! Upon arriving, we were not welcomed properly and directed to our room like a typical hotel staff will do. When we saw the family room we booked from the website, it was not the one in the photo in the website! It was definitely not! The doors are not working properly. The curtains are grimy and dirty! The aircon was very noisy! The bathroom had no toilet papers and there was an old soap inside the soap dish! When we decided to swim, we were called off by the swimming teachers bec they were having swimming lessons when in fact we have the right to use the pool bec it was part of the amenities of the hotel. Arrrgh! There were issues between the staff of the hotel itself and the swimming pool staff. It was supposed to be a relaxing weekend but ruined by the hoel experience.

The hotel is just a few steps away from the many choices of restaurants. It also has a resto-bar which serves a wide selection of Filipino foods. Their friendly staff will provide room service when requested.

Worst service in philippines ”
The hotel location was the only thing good about this hotel. The staff was not helpful at all, Internet wifi was off-line, no laundry facilities... The list could go on and on. The treatment by the staff was the worst I have seen, and this alone will guarantee I never go back.

Door locks inside the room have to fix it, too many mosquito suggest clean also under the bed. Breakfast not suitable for foreigners ....

We had an issue when we 1st arrived as the extra bed was not in place. This was soon sorted out. Bulb missing on ceiling. Also there was an issue with the Wifi in the main building. Eventually this was sorted out.

Far overpriced for what you get”
Its a dirty hotel I had much better hotels in The Philippines. Toilet seat broken. Flushing toilet not working. Lots of fungus in the bath tub. Breakfast the worst I ever had in my life. Room what I booked was already booked after arguing about it I finally got the room which they call a suite. In my view more a shed. Not worth the money and I never ever will go there again.

To sum it up in a very short Bio. This Hotel is the one you most fear to Visit Please Don't Stay there unless you have a Masochistic Tendency for Under Achieving Staff, Fleas, Bed Bugs and Total Filth. DON'T DO IT.
