Amazing hostel, clean and comfy with great food and service!”

I stayed at Punto for three nights after ive been travelling through Indonesia with a group of 10 people. Arriving in Ho Chi Minh I was very tired and could use three nights of good sleep. I got that at Punto, and so much more! The staff was very friendly and helpfull (they helped me retrieving my delayed baggage from the airport by calling the airline), the breakfast was amazing (they serve it for you) and the room was comfortable, spacious and clean (apart from just a few tiny ants in the bathroom and in my bed, but that was just a minor issue). Would recommend this hostel to everyone who's looking for a good night sleep with the possibility to go out at the nearby backpacker street (5 min walk).

Punto Hostel is clean, conveniently located in District 1, great free breakfasts, friendly travelers and outstanding staff. Julia and Anna were especially friendly and helpful in providing advice for visiting local attractions, restaurant recommendations, and all-around making sure my stay was great. Highly recommended!

Great service from the crews. After checking out from the room, there are luggage storage service. After a long walk outside, I still can get back there to take a shower, get myself clean and comfortable before leaving there (I have checked out the room). The room is clean and tidy, nice and cozy environment.

Overall is great”

I stay 1 night at dorm & the other night at double room. Staff was friendly, location is great. There are some common areas which is very cozy, you can chill out with frenz or reading book over there. Cleanliness can be improve.

Good location, but renovation building left and right”

I moved from busy and noisy walking street to get mind piece. I love punto hostel, staffs very nice, good breakfast and building it self with lift. However construction going on infront hostel from 8am-5pm, it make little noise in morning. Dorm actually converted from standard room, bathroom is big and good water presure. However only central socket to share and charge your phone. Aircondition only fixed from 5pm-12pm which never mentioned in early. 2 points above i think management could make some improvement. Other wise, good to stay here.

A very clean and tidy hostel in a quiet walking street of the heart of HCM. Safe, friendly staff, nice breakfast and only 10 min away walking of the Ben Thanh market. I would definitely recommend it to friends!

Quite clean and nice place, the music of surround bar and club will not stop until late night. Keep in mind if you need quiet place.

They have 2 outlet,1 near BV and we stay 3night at tran hung dao . KING room is very huge . The reception is very helpful and attentive Tks for the 2 reception @ 135/22tran hung dao BV walking street just a stone away. Many eatries , pubs nearby. Do try to put DSG hotel on your next calendar. Will book DSG again for HCM trip .

It's in a superb location which is near to many things. However they just took over and it will be better if there are improvements like TV, housekeeping but it's easily mitigated by its location

This hotel is highly suitable for party animals. You are just 1 minute walk to the beginning of "Bui Vien walking street" and yet has some reprieve from direct noise from all the pubs. Guests still can hear a bit of the loud music. Not suitable to those who need complete quietness. Gemini Saigon Group hotel is a small boutique building. There's no hotel facilities like pool and breakfast but there are many eateries nearbly. The husband and wife owner team is very friendly and accommodating. Always cheerful. I would like to suggest owners to insist the hotel should be smoke-free as the guest before my stay, smoked. The owner should charge the guest who smoked in the room a US$50 cleaning fee! Overall I would highly recommend Gemini Saigon hotel at 40 Bui Vien Street for its location and affordability

AVOID AT ANY COST!!”

I booked a room at this hotel on Agoda, informing that I would come late. I even messaged them in advance with my mobile number that they could call me if anything. When I arrived at the hotel after midnight, the door was closed so I knocked the door. Then one male staff came out with very cold face, telling me "Do you know what time is it now?" I told him that I informed the hotel already even with my mobile number and he just had to give me a key. He was very rude and behaving as if I had to apologized to him, which made me very pissed so I immediately left the hotel and had to find another hotel. I told this issue to the hotel next day, but the staff was making up a story that I made a big noise in my room, causing problems to other guests, but I actually didn't even enter my room as I was refused to check in by that rude male staff. He is obviously making up the story to cover up his big mistake. Just avoid this hotel at any cost. The staff was rude, and the hotel management even does not try to solve the issue after my reporting. I was very painful to be without a hotel room and had to find another one after midnight. It was really the worst experience I've ever had in my life!!

Das Hostel ist momentan mitten in einer riesen Baustelle. Jedoch alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gab es Drachenfrucht, zwei kleine Pancake mit Schoko u Banane, zwei kleine frittierte Gutschein mit Ei und einen leckeren vietnamesischen Kaffee.

騒音が気にならなければ良いホテル”

住所通りに到着したところからスタッフに連れられ何故か3分ほど歩かされ、泊まるのは別の建物の様です。 初めからその住所で設定して貰えるとタクシーでそのまま行けるので助かります。 ブイビエンがより近くなり、朝方まで爆音で音楽が聞こえます。私は気にならないので良いのですが、、。 チェックイン前にスタッフが騒音について大丈夫かと確認してくれたのは親切だと思います。この辺りで泊まって確認されたのは初めてでした。 そして何故かシャワーの水がでず熱湯しか出ませんでした。スタッフに言えば改善されたかもしれませんが、一泊だけなのでまあ良いかと。 部屋は清潔で広く写真の通り。 飲水はサービスで2L位の特大サイズを部屋に持ってきてくれました。 一階の清掃スタッフ？の男の子もとてもフレンドリーで色々な話ができとても良い滞在でした。

ブイビエン通り目の前で雰囲気をダイレクトに感じられるホテル”

ブイビエン通りの入口手前にあるカジュアルホテルです。金額の割には良いと思います。部屋も広いです。ホテルから出て目の前がブイビエン通りで、ベンタインまで徒歩5分位なのでベトナムの繁華街の中心地を体験したい方にはオススメです。1階のちっちゃいテーブルでパソコン広げているお兄ちゃんがフロントマンですw クレジットカードは使えないですが、バイクで3分位のところの系列店でカードきってくれます。 バイクに乗せてくれるので、これも1つの体験アトラクションだと思えば中々面白いですw 皆さんが気になるであろう音の騒音ですが、このホテルは各フロア2部屋なんですが、自分は6階でしたが、窓を閉めれば特に気にならなかったです。窓を開ければ、EDMサウンドが心地よく感じられるので、自分的にはクーラーを少し強目に入れて少し窓を開けるのがオススメです。
