We had an excellent time at this very cute hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We organized a very successful jungle trek with an experienced and knowledgeable guide through the hotel, as well as transport back to the airport. Included breakfast is very basic but they do offer other food and juice if you’d like to order more. No ac or fan in the room, but the comfortable beds have nets. The shower is quite cold and there is no wifi in the rooms as the other reviews say, but this was a great location and an excellent experience over all.

Great accomodation with great jungle tour”
We stayed at this accomodation and it was really lovely. It is really well looked after and the tours they offer are exceptional. The only downside is the cold showers and no wifi in the rooms. I would come back again.

Great place to start a Jungle trek ”
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel a lot. The personal is very friendly and very helpful. The jungle trek was a huge highlight for us, especially because of our guides Juri, Erwin and Joe. Thank you very much! The WiFi is not stable everywhere though and the pillows could smell a bit fresher. Except for that it was a very good stay.

Staffs were nice and helpful. But the bed was a little bit dirty, need to improve the cleanliness, i got some rashes on my skin after woke up in the morning and it was itchy. And the water volume came out from the shower was so slow, me and my husband took a long time just to take a bath. Overall it's good. And we had a pleasant times there. Thank you.

ホテルのスタッフ、主人、皆すごく親切で、気持ちよく過ごせました。 主人は東京で数年仕事をされてたので、日本語すこし喋れます。 レストランの食事はおいしいし、ツアーや洗濯の手配も的確です。 洗濯は二日分の着替えで30000ルピア、メダン空港からのタクシー送迎は650000ルピア、ドライバーも親切ですし、相場よりちょっと安いと思います。 残念な点は、ジャングルの中なので仕方ないと思いますが、設備は必要最小限、水シャワーのみ。 また枕に他の客の匂いがするのが、ちょっと気になりました。 トータル、良いホテルと思います。 お勧めします。

Stafnya sangat baik, saya dan teman saya dijemput menggunakan kendaraan roda dua dari lokasi parkiran mobil ke penginapan. Lokasi asri dan sejuk. Konsep penginapan sangat unik dan menarik. Namun kebersihan kamar seperti tempat tidur dan bantal perlu diperhatikan lagi, kloset kamar mandi flush nya tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Sarapan pagi harus lebih ditingkatkan. Karena saya dan teman saya mendapat telur dan nasi. Namun saya sangat senang dengan pelayanannya, jika ada waktu saya akan kembali menginap di Garden inn lagi.

Virkelig venligt og hjælpsom personale, fine rene senge med myggenet, skøn mad og junglen som nabo. Det bliver ikke bedre. Kommer meget gerne tilbage, kæmpe anbefaling herfra.
