Great hotel in a good location ”

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Duong Dong on Phu Quoc. A new and very clean place, nice staff and a great place to stay. In fact it's better than most of the secluded resorts who only offer sunshine and limited activities for travellers

New hotel with a beautiful ocean view”

The hotel is located between Duong Dong and Long Beach. Towards the night market in Duong Dong it's about a 1,5-2km walk and a 2,5km walk to Rory's bar (awesome atmosphere with a couple of beds and lots of seats on the public beach, the rest of the beach is pretty much confiscated by resorts). If you don't feel like walking, hire a scooter instead. The hotel has got a good breakfast and a very friendly staff. Enough restaurants and little stores to get your beer/soda/liquor etc. around the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to other guests.

Exceptional”

We stayed in the sea view room with balcony. The room was perfect! Bed was a little hard though. Breakfast was best I had in Vietnam with the most variety and they changed it up every day. Hotel is located within walking distance to the night markets which is very handy. In walking distance to Long Beach, however the public section of that beach is very small.

It is not as super-value as it seems”

It's all nice and new, the spacious room with the view seems to have much more value than what I have paid at first. However, the truth is not really it was. Hot water stopped running on the second day which took so long to get back. (If it were not on the tropical island, it must have been so horrible) Auto-lock door of my room was not shut smoothly, one time at night it was all-open when I get back . No one seemed to have enter the room but I found a earthworm on the floor which I dont know if came from the door or the shower drain. I thought it was so thoughtful and loved that they lit a candle with gorgeous smell when I checked-in but it could be to diminish the sewage odour which is common is Southeast Asia especially when it rains. There are a few stains on duvet etc but I did't mind as the room overall was still new and clean.

It is OK”

I stayed in here for 3 days. The hotel is new and clean. But doesn't have security man or anyone who can help me to bring up my luggage. Everything is ok and I suggest to stay here for convenient

Good choice with reasonable budget”

The hotel is located in center area with which you can easily access to many popular restaurants and other places. The breakfast buffet is quite good. They have swimming pool but it looks like for decoration :) It's a good choice at all

Nice room with friendly staff”

Nice hotel at good location, so convenience for walking to the beach ( about 5mins) All staffs are very friendly The only uncomfortable thing is the slow speed of elevator.

Reasonable price at peak season”

We ordered for airport transfer when we booked the hotel. Finally we got to the hotel by taxi as they forgot to pick us up.

Ed hard as a rock great pool”

God pool big room with Seaview balcony breakfast ok staff not too helpful ordered a driver and van for day for 4 people $80 usd and a mini car arrived got a taxi van $20 cheaper and better then in check out tried to bill us for cups of noodles from room one they were not in the room and two wouldn’t eat that stuff! Stayed 4 nights had to ask for clean sheets nothing re stocked like tea bags but still good position prob would book a beach front next time though!

The staffs are not friendly and graceful. Breakfast are tasty but not diversified.

Dont believe the photos”

The pool is situated only metres off the main road not really appealing. The lack of service at breakfast was an issue. The room not clean hairs everywhere and stained bed linen.

Worst hotel ever ”

I dont expect the room has smoking smell. They can't stop those china men smoke inside the hotel room and the cigarette mark on the desk. Feel sick after 2 nights stay. Im a non smoker

Good hotel”

The rooms were nice, and I've got a hot deal so it was good compare to the price. At checking in, we were suggested to get an offer of staying in an apartment room instead of 2 standard rooms as our booking. It sounded fine but actually the apartment room was still under construction, and we would have to move back to standard rooms after the first night.

Hotel temidden van de stad”

Mooi hotel, maar temidden van de drukte van de stad. Van 's morgens tot 's avond getoeter van auto's, bussen, bromfietsen. De kamer was klein, maar alles was aanwezig. Klein bed en harde matrassen. Er was inderdaad zeezicht, maar er staat een groot hotel vlak voor het Gaia hotel. Het ontbijt was wel zeer goed. Heel klein zwembadje. We hadden meer verwacht van dit hotel. Voor ons geen 2de keer.

夜のフロント”

昼間はいかにもなホテル受付の方がいらっしゃいますが、深夜のフロントにはよくわからない私服のおじさんが1人寝ていらっしゃいました。 トイレットペーパーが足りずお願いしに行ったのですが、明らかに起こされたコトに不機嫌な顔で最初はコピー用紙を1枚渡され、もう一度トイレットペーパーと言うと、舌打ちされましたw 部屋に戻って待っててといわれ、結局はその後すぐに普通に部屋まで持ってきてくれましたが、あの態度はいかがなものかと思います。 場所柄、深夜にチェックイン・アウトする人などほぼ皆無なのでフロント業務は不要なのかもしれませんが、体調が悪くなったり、有事の際を考えるとあのおじさんじゃ不安ですね。 と、マイナス面を先に書きましたが、海までワンクッションあるとは言えこの値段で海を一望できる部屋を持つホテルは少ないのではないでしょうか？そういった意味では大変満足です。 シャワーの温度と水圧は物足りないですが、離島の安ホテルなんて世界中そんなものなので想定内です。

Excellent”

近くにレストランも多く、便利な場所にあります。シービューと書いてあるけど、３階までは海は見えません。ビーチは向かいのホテルを突っ切ろうとすると止められることが多いので、少し遠回りする必要あり。ナイトマーケットまでは歩いて１５分くらい。帰りはタクシーが拾えず歩いたけど、子連れでなければちょっと散歩という感じでしょうか。部屋はそれほど広くありませんが、きれいでした。
