I chose this hotel because of it's location: it's smack in the middle of CDO. Limketkai, SM Downtown, and Ayala Centrio are walking distance from this hotel. It's also very near Cogon Market where all public transportation of the city congregates. At first, I was a bit disappointed because their single room was quite small, but staying here and in another hotel in CDO, I came to appreciate their single room. Clearly, thought has been placed in the design of the room. Everything in the room worked: TV, wifi, aircon, hot shower. The bathroom is only separated by a shower curtain, but because I was the only one in the room, it wasn't a problem. There was nowhere to hang clothes, so I bought a small umbrella clothes line so my swim clothes can dry. The room will be too small for a traveler who is taller than 6 feet.

CHEAPEST Rate in Town”
If you are not choosy, this budget hotel is good for you. Solo room with a private bathroom separated by a shower curtain, AC, cable TV and free WiFi. Although in the third floor, WiFi was quite weak unlike staying in the lobby that gives you more stable WiFi connection. I just wish the lobby is air-conditioned so it is more comfortable to stay there.

The hotel itself is okay for its room rates in Agoda. Pasok sa budget. It was my first time to check in to a hotel with a cr that has no door, just a curtain. :) aircon is okay, cleanliness is okay lang din. Responsive staff. As I said, it's okay for its price.
