Excellent Hideaway”

We had a short weekend trip 2 weeks ago at Fusion Resort Nha Trang and it could not be better! Highly recommend for those who are seeking for a retreat. My mother, sister and I had an excellent stay at the Family Suite. The place was spacious and private. I especially love the bathtub! That is one magnificient bathtub! I love that it is placed near a big glass door looking out to the greens outside. I felt warm and relaxed and I could have soaked in it for hours. The beach was beautfiful. It was rainy and cloudy during our stay so I did not expect much about the beach. But to my surprise, it still looked rather fabulous during this weather. So, I am sure it would be kind of turquoise color if you go on a sunny day. We enjoyed the welcome drink pretty much, especially the passionfruit ice cream. They also offered a fruit basket with dragon fruit in it. I love the dragon fruit! Yay! We did surf through several reviews before booking and were a little bit concerned about the foods. We also planned to eat out because we were quite picky when it came to foods. However, as we arrived quite late, we had no choice but to have dinner at the resort. To our surprise, the food was indeed delicious. I think the restaurant has improved recently. So, the next days, we decided to have all our meals at the resort. They offerred excellent lunch meals with tasty options and great decoration. Made me feel hungry right when the dishes shown up. Dinner was great too. The only thing they may need to improve was breakfast. There were quite few choices of food at breakfast. Some of it could have been improved, especially the local ones like pho and summer rolls. Pho was quite tasteless and a bit cooled off while the vermicelli in the summer rolls was too cold and hard. The blueberry cupcake was too sweet for me. But the bread was excellent! And they had a wide choice of bread at breakfast. One point that makes Fusion Nha Trang stands out from other retreats is the all-inclusive spa feature.

Exceptional”

The resort services are top notch and you won't have to worry if something goes wrong. There will always be management available to address issues as they arise, no matter how small. We booked transfer service with the resort and had a little issue with the return trip to the airport, and Michael Wirz, the onsite manager, immediately followed up with us via email after we left to rectify the issue to our satisfaction. We were very impressed with the quality of spa treatments included in the room as well as the politeness and attentiveness of the staff throughout the resort. If we go back to Cam Ranh we will definitely choose to stay at Fusion resort.

Lovely Hotel Just Short of Five-Stars”

Fusion is a truly beautiful hotel overlooking stunning Cam Ranh Bay. The service was uniformly excellent during our time there. Check in was pleasant and brief and we received a complimentary upgrade on our room, which was exceptional. Massages were very high quality. The two areas where the hotel could stand to improve are its food and the cleanliness of the beach. While the complimentary breakfast buffet was expansive and tasty, room service food quality and delivery time were disappointing. Additionally the private stretch of beach in front of the hotel was not well cleaned. While the water was lovely, there was a lot of trash in the sand, including a broken bottle. At a resort of this caliber I'd expect them to maintain this to a higher standard. Still, all things considered it was a lovely stay.

Relaxing gem”

This resort is blissfully relaxing in Cam Rahn, if you just want to unwind and enjoy a beach break, then this resort is for you. Pro- Amazing, clean beach in close proximity to the resort. - Spacious, clean villas with the private pools an indulgence. - The breakfast buffet is very good with a large variety of fresh food. - The grounds and gardens are manicured beautifully. -The spa treatments are very relaxing and professional. - The staff are always friendly and obliging. Con- The resort is about 40 minutes away from Nha Trang so if you need anything in town this could be problematic. -There could be a few more free shuttle buses into town to make the journey there easier to plan. -A few more eating options at the resort. Overall, this resort is absolutely superb for a calming break, the rooms are of a high standard, the resort in general is well maintained, the beach and pool are a joy and the staff are always smiling, wouldn't hesitate in returning.

Friendly Staff and Great Stay”

We had a great time here. The staff are very friendly, kudo to Phat-the frontdesk, Huy-electric cart driver and the spa staff. The service is great. We would definitely come back here when in Nha Trang. The resort is about 40 mins (by Taxi) away from Nha Trang. The beach is much nicer and cleaner than at Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang. It is great for relaxation and be away from Vietnam typical chaos. But if you would like to do any night life, water sport or other activities, it will take a bit of time to travel there. Now, a couple of things we thought the resort should have done better: 1. A quick tour/guide/introduction to the amenities of the resort and the room at the welcome/checkin would be great 2. A more Vietnamese-friendly: The resort is located in Vietnam, all the staffs except some higher managers are Vietnamese. A lot visitors are Vietnamese, however, all the handout, maps and spa brochures are in English. We found this either neglect or disrespect to the local customers and native culture. Other than a couple of minor hiccups, the stay is truly wonderful.

Remote oasis”

The Fusion Resort Cam Rahn is a great place to relax! Compared to other huge hotels in the region it fits perfectly to the environment, what we really liked. Our family villa was beautyful with a great view. There are two pool, one of the for kids, both of them very nice with enough sun beds for everyone. Our son really liked the kids club and the playground :) The staff at the hotel is really amazing, very helpful and attentiv! We had the impression the everybody likes to work there! What is absolutly great is the possibility to have to massage or beauty treatments per day. Since there is not much to do on place, this is a great opportunity to really relax! The only negative point ist the restaurant. While breakfast is great the "normal" food at the restaurant is no more than average and the prices are far to high for the quality offered. Unfortunately there is only one restaurant. So the only option you have is to get the shuttle to the city, but it is a 45min drive per way!

Simply Spectacular”

I have to say that our stay at Fusion Resort exceeded expectations. We were upgraded to a Pool Villa with a view of the beach which was simply amazing - possibly the best room I've ever stayed in. Woke up to a beautiful sunrise every morning through the tall front windows. Had our own small pool in front of the villa. The decor and design were perfect. The main infinity swimming pool was a joy to swim in while taking in the spectacular view. There's something magical about this stretch of beach - with the mountains on the left and the islands on the right in the distance, it's almost unreal how breathtaking and inspiring it is. Upon my return, I showed a photo of the beach view to a friend and his first comment was "Is that real?" That's how amazing this location is. Ate several meals in the restaurant and the food was excellent - both Vietnamese and Western. A slight disappointment was the fact that certain dishes were not available though listed on the menu. This happened a few times. Enjoyed massages, facials and an herbal bath at the Spa - all were heavenly. We even took a yoga class! The staff was friendly and helpful. One slight issue of concern was brought to the manager's attention and resolved quickly. All in all, we simply loved Fusion Resort and will be back hopefully soon. It's quite possibly the best resort I've ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

Get away from it all”

Excellent resort, with superb sea view villas with own pool. Restaurant good with buffet style events 3 times a week or you can eat a la carte. Separate bar by one of the two general swimming pools which also serves bar food with wood fired pizzas. Free Shuttle bus service to Nha Trang city which is about 30 minutes away. It is located near to airport but aircraft noise is not a problem. It is on a peninsular so no nearby other restaurants but plenty of variety at resort restaurant and bars or if want a change go into Nha Trang city. The room came with two free spa treatments for each person per day, which was great and plenty of different treatments on offer. Staff very welcoming and were great throughout our stay.

Exceptional in every way ”

Fusion Resort is incredible; every element of our stay was impeccable, the staff are attentive, the facilities top class, well maintained and exceptionally clean. Alexandra, our Fusionista has been wonderful and the spa treatments are a brilliant additional touch. I am in fact writing this review of our previous stay from the comfort of the Seabreeze Restaurant having tried a different resort and returned to the tranquility of Fusion Resort. Thank you for having us back, I’m sure it won’t be for the last time.

Much enjoyed stay”

A staff would greet you outside the terminal when shuttle bus pickup from airport is booked. We spent much time in the seaside pool and beach, which are clean and beautiful. Spa is also great. Treatment rooms are well preapred with relaxing music and aroma. Unfortunately, we were unable to book another appointment after the guaranteed 2 treatments. The resort did a good job on prst control. No mosquito bite. There is big variety of choice in the breakfast buffet. BBQ dinner buffet is a bit overpriced. Complimentary cake was given for my husband’s birthday. We didn’t go to downtown during our two-night stay. I would recommend this resort to everyone going to Nha Trang and aiming to escape from the hustle and bustle in downtown.

Excellent for vacation”

Delicious breakfast. Different types of dinner provided everyday. Free shuttle provided between Nha Trang city and the resort. However, limited time for spa as you are going to share the time with other guests. You will only be assigned specific period for spa. If you prefer longer spa period, it may not suitable for you. As we are going to the resort for celebrating my birthday, the resort provided us a free birthday cake. It’s warm! Next time I’ll also choose this resort for sure and living in the Villa as you can enjoy the sea view.

Beautiful Resort”

The resort is built in an new area that our taxi driver spent some time to find the right way to get into the resort. The resort area is sooooo beautiful and great ocean view from our room! The food in restaurant and from room service are all good. The pool is nice and the spa & massage offered is the best i got in Vietnam! Very relaxing time spent in Fusion Resort and the staff are extremely nice and helpful!

An obsession with guest pleasure”

Fusion Resort is exquisite in its concept and design. This was a return visit and the spa experience has been elevated to a high standard. The room design is comfort and beauty personified. We had some wonderful meals and were grateful to be accommodated as vegetarians. The restaurant manager went out of his way to ensure that we would have tofu for breakfast the day of our departure since they had run out at dinner the night before. The staff and management are what make Fusion an incredible experience. If there is something you want they will do everything possible to see that you get it. We will be back!

Excellent for R & R”

We stayed in 605 during Tet. All the rooms and villas and well designed for privacy. 605 maximizes the privacy being a end beachfront villa. Maya was our personal concierge/butler and she was great. Checked in on us each day at breakfast. Breakfast and in-house restaurant was excellent. For the quality and convenience, we thought it was very reasonable. Both Vietnamese and western options were tasty and of high standards. I'm hooked on their spicy mojito. Spa service was also easy to book and no problem getting appointments. We enjoyed the option of booking two inclusive sessions back to back. Definitely request an aroma therapy bath service (complimentary). Our beachfront villa was modern, comfortable, clean and offers excellent full ocean views. The personal pool was deep enough to enjoy. The private outdoor seating options were great to relax and enjoy and good book. Michael, the manager, was always available and checked in on all the guests. I saw him dine with staff one evening. Being Vietnamese myself, I observed and appreciated that he treated the team kindly and with respect. We highly recommend this resort and look forward to a return.

One of the best vacation in my life”

As a travel lover I found Fusion is the best place for couple and family time. What elses they have: few minutes ride from airport. Friendly green resort. Super friendly staffs. Private long beach comes around with trees and greenlands. Amazing pool view. Front beach Villa with private pool is awesome. Love in room facilities. You must request Herbal bath. Bath tub suits for couple. Spa service is good. Try steam room before taking massage. Totally relaxed and satisfied with spa service here. Free airport transfers also shuttle to city. Seems they improved restaurant menu. Overall, totally satisfied, everything were gone well, more than I expected. Thank you so much to every staff you guys made me feel like a Star. Will back here again

simply the paradise ”

We were very pleased with the resort, all was calm and relaxed, breakfast were plentiful and delicious, the treatments were amazing. I would definitely come back, i came back home rested after our backpacking holidays as we spent the last 4 days in the resort, (wish now we stayed longer) being pampered. Wake up for a sunrise which you can watch from your room, then try the yoga on the beach, then massage and facial in the afternoon. In between, be lazy by the pool or on the beach. Exactly what we needed after intensive few weeks before. thank you Fusion Resort, our stay was impeccable.

Where you want to be to relax”

Only 10 minutes away from the airport yet you won’t be able to hear the noise of aeroplanes, Fusion Resort is the place to be if you are seeking to relax and simply just enjoy the sun! The 2 spa treatments per day which are included are more than enough for us! The staff are also extremely helpful! I ran out of books to read during my stay and our Fusionist, Hector, managed to get a book to help me steer away from the distraction of my mobile phone otherwise I’d be preoccupied with my phone and won’t be able to relax. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay!
