Very convenient location ”

Near to bus station ,famous night streets,food and restaurants .easy access to many tourist attractions at ho chi minh (saigon) city.either via buses or walking. Some halal restaurants and mosques not far from hotel . AC is perfect which is very important to consider. Clean room,lobby and bath beside daily towels changes. Nice and respected staff Beds are comfortable. Dis advantages: No kitchen or dining area , No washing machine

Excellent”

Nice rooms, friendly staff, and great location. In the middle of all the District 1 action; Sense Market, Ben Thanh, and plenty of restaurants/food stalls.

Good views, friendly hosts”

We came as a family 2 adults and 5 teenagers/kids. Complimentary transport to the homestay. Rooms were big and views were amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to cater to our diet as best they can. The weather was perfect.

Quiet and central”

Great location, near to city centre and main roads though still quiet. Friendly and helpful staff who accommodated late check-in and early checkout without any fuss. Clean, comfortable room. Bed excellent (very hard mattress, which I much prefer). Would return.

amazing ”

Amazing staff at reception Sarah very knowledgeable about saigon very well spoken English. My next trip to Vietnam hopefully June and I will be staying here again room was brilliant alot of thought had gone in to the interior decoration and imagination big room quiet clean comfy room would not hesitate in staying here again

Best kept secret in saigon I think not now. Staff great spoke good English. Fantastic welcome with a smile. Room great bright colourful almost thought I was in a secret room. One of my top five must about accommodation it was very quiet. Very good all round very good knowledge about local places and attractions. But can be hard to find.

Excellent position”

100m from the Giant Ibis Bus Terminal (if coming from Phnom Penh) and very close to nightlife, still the rooms are very quite. Perfect alternative to a good hotel.

Quiet place, and not far from the party street”

The room was clean and spacious. There was a WiFi router in the room, so the internet connection was pretty good. However, we decided to turn it off when we slept because it was right next to the bed. There was one problem that we encountered, a gate on the street which is the main entrance to the hotel was locked at night, we couldn't be able to go out, so we had to tell the reception to open it for us, but luckily when we came back the door wasn't locked otherwise it could be a problem.

Never book this hotel again”

I booked a room with balcony and payed for it. On arriving the hotel manager told me, the they gave the room to another guest how wanted to stay longer. Another balcony room doesn’t exist. So they offered me a room to back yard without any view for the same price. The explanation of this fault was, that the management couldn’t reach me per mail....sure, they couldn’t because I was on travel and the payment was done. Normally the staff is friendly, but if they make a mistake, they couldn’t say sorry and give a discount for their fault...so I was very stressed at this hotel. Sorry, but if you want to be sure to get for what you have payed, don’t go to this homestay hotel.

The owner of the hotel is very friendly, the neat sheet towels are in a good location and the hotel will actively help you if you have problems

Full House Homestay”

Had a great stay. Staff were helpful and sorted out any problem quickly. Rooms were clean and the location was close to everything. Across the road is a park and it's a great place to meet the locals.

Good value for money”

The only problem we had was the music from a nearby night club ( a couple of houses away) that was going until 3-4am on weekday nights

Location is excellent, clean room. Poor to none Wifi connection from room and TV not working, issues not resolved promptly. Aircon taking some time to cool the room.This is so far the only place i stayed not providing free bottled water.

Good location”

Location is good. Opposite to mekong delta bus station and saigon playground and night market where in you can find lots of food stand. The only downside on this hostel is the AC. We’re staying at 8 bedroom and AC is not working properly.

Could have been ok but...”

We decided to pay some more for our last nights in Vietnam. The price really did not cohere with what you get. The room was ok but at the reception they made a really big mistake before getting us the room; they did not check it first. When we came in the room, litteraly 20 cockroaches were lying dead (some alive) in the room. Apart from that, the room was also not exactly clean. I really did not want to stay here so asked if we could get our money back. Which apparently was not an option but they could give us an upgrade in room. When another cockroach crawled before my feet and I was getting agritated, the staff even mocked me. During our stay in the other room we did not see any cockroaches which gives me mixed feelings but it was also really not worth it’s high price. We stayed for a lot less money in far cleaner/nicer places.

Good deal for the money”

I stayed 2 nights in a shared room (8 bunk beds). Things are good except the terrible snoring from other guy.
