"The hotel felt like a slightly upgraded roadside motel (except for the price). The room was very noisy at night with poor soundproofing, not even a bottle of complimentary water in the room ???!! , no slippers / disposable toothbrush, very limited amenities etc. This seems to fall very short of Hyatt standards and it's certainly disappointing when you pay 250 USD a night for a hotel in the suburbs of Phoenix. The room itself was not too dirty but the carpet was stained, the sofa cushions were all messy and out of place when I checked in (the room cleaning probably overlooked that) and generally the place felt really dated. Disappointing except for the staff who were doing a very good job and were being helpful and nice."

"Breakfast was good, outside sitting area by the pool was great, having a smoking area was a nice surprise. We spent 4 nights there and the staff was amazing. There was 4 of us and the room we got was with 2 beds and a sofa couch, it was large enough to fit us all comfortably."
