"The office staff were very unpleasant and rude toward me. It was odd that they ran my name through a system like a background check. As I finished paying my reservation we weren't given directions to our room, all that was said was second floor. And can you believe that they told me that I had curfew! The room it self had a foul odor and to the looks of it the top blankets looked dirty. There were a lot of sketchy characters in the hotel and around the area. "

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was more like a small apartment. It had a kitchen with everything you could need and 2 rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room for my family and everything was spotless and so comfortable. Excellent pool facilities and wonderful free breakfast. Great location too right next to shopping, restaurants, theaters. We will most definitely use this hotel again. "

"alot of shady people walking around smoking and smoking weed....people being loud outside at 3am and the cleaning crew being loud outside in the morning...room wasnt the worse"

"I had initially booked a room at the Wigwam Resort but my experience there was an absolute nightmare. I was able to easily book a room for the rest of my stay in the Phoenix area at the Glendale/Westgate Hampton Inn and Suites. Even with such short notice. My room there was perfect, the amentities were priceless and the front desk was very helpful, especially the gal that both checked me in an out. If I do make it back to the Glendale area I will definiltey stay here again. Thank you Glendale/Westgate Hampton Inn and Suites for a great stay!"
