The lady who was a waitress for outdoor section was extremely humane, friendly, always serving with a smile even when she was the only one and the guests were really above her. The breakfast was suoerb. It was for the first time that I found a hotel that loaned yoi cutlery and crockery gratis. It is a pity I did not read the hotel booklet in rhe room thus I missed out in the gym. As a holiday club member I will be using the hotel more, if holidaying in Durban. "
