"The hotel felt like a slightly upgraded roadside motel (except for the price). The room was very noisy at night with poor soundproofing, not even a bottle of complimentary water in the room ???!! , no slippers / disposable toothbrush, very limited amenities etc. This seems to fall very short of Hyatt standards and it's certainly disappointing when you pay 250 USD a night for a hotel in the suburbs of Phoenix. The room itself was not too dirty but the carpet was stained, the sofa cushions were all messy and out of place when I checked in (the room cleaning probably overlooked that) and generally the place felt really dated. Disappointing except for the staff who were doing a very good job and were being helpful and nice."

"After staying at another place and having a not so great experience I checked into Best Western. Im a clean freak and the rooms were very clean and well kept! The maids do a really amazing job! The front desk staff all were very friendly and helpful. After asking if I could extend my stay they were super helpful and made it quick and simple. I would definitely recommend this place."
