Staycation Haven”
I can just tell this is the go-to place for people who wants to "get away" for "staycations". The room is very clean, insanely spacious and the view is magnificent, unfortunately, the previous stayers didn't really take care of the room so there are some stickers on the painting and the bed has rips but nothing too serious. I suggest providing a sponge for washing because we ended up washing dishes with our literal hands. Breakfast was, well, breakfast in a hotel as usual. Long story short, we loved our stay here and will stay here next time for more staycations.

The Best Place To Stay If You've Got Kids”
I stayed in Fraser for 7 nights during Christmas 2018. My expectations were exceeded. I've stayed in many 5-star hotels and I must say that Fraser Residence has got the most complete amenities that you can have. They even have two Osim massaging chairs in a relaxation room next to the gym. Normally when I travel, laundry had been the biggest challenge. But not in Fraser, since they provide washing machine with dryer functionality in your spacious room. Mind you, I booked the one-bedroom suite. It's more than enough for our family of 3. Rest assured, our stay there was a blast. Thank you Fraser Residence Menteng!

One of the best hotel i've ever stayed in”
Pro: 1. Very homely feel 2. Modelled on a condo, room size was very big, with 2 TVs, kitchen and living room being separated with the bedroom. The bathroom was spacious with shower , bathtub , and even washing machine. 3. The staff was very kind and accomodating. I ordered a Go-Food and the staff assisted me with it, even late at night. Cons: 1. The lobby and the buffet was not spacious, although the quality of the buffet was top-notch. 2. No transport to CGK/Halim airport. 3. no 24/7 room service Very worth it! would definitely book here again ☺

Stayed in Fraser Menteng for the 2nd times. Amazing location, close to CBD and Malls. Room is spotlessly clean. Pool has a decent size for lap swim. Can't recommend this place enough for solo traveler or business purpose.

The units are spacious and modern, I love the kitchen (they even have an oven there!) and the bathtub. Good for bonding time with friends and family. The best part is their free-to-use massage chair and their swimming pool area. The bistro downstairs also serves tasty food!

Arrived at the hotel check in was smooth . There are a few shops within a few minutes walk of the hotel . Nothing much to do close to the hotel during the evenings however The hotel is quite central with easy access to many places . The staff were very polite and very helpful and friendly . The hotel is kept clean and tidy . The staff at breakfast and the bar very polite ,friendly and helpful . Quite good selection at breakfast all depends on what your tastes are . They hold some live music on certain evenings in the bar area . All In All a good stay and I would recommend the hotel . I will certainly use this hotel again .

This was our first staycation during pandemic, after more than 8 months locking down ourselves at home 😊. 2 nights staycation was never enough actually. New Year's staycation”
Absolutely a good choice for a family staycation during pandemic. We can enjoy our time in our room which feels like home. However, the hotel could at least keep the buffet closed like our previous stay because it was holiday, and the restaurant was packed with guests, they cannot keep the 2m distance.
