Feeling like 5star hotel.So cheap with 2 deluxe rm each rm have own bathroom & also Xtra powder room.Only with parking 2rm only have 2parking for free.other need to pay.appreciate if other cn just cop frm hotel that must be good.

It was worst stay in this hotel I ever had in my life. I booked for 8 days however I had to checkout in 2 days only. There was no cleaning until you go and request on reception. There was no phone working for any department. There was no fulfillment of water or necessary cleanings. There was no staff available after 7 PM except security guards. In case if you need any help you need to come down at reception as phone does not work. I was looking for some help during night as I was in an official meeting with US clients and I lost internet connection and there was no one to help. I had to book another hotels for rest of days due to my late night meeting with US clients. I wasted 6 days money. I will never ever recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

love love love the room. it is spacious and well designed and sexy and everything that is nice. however, our experience was ruined by the unfriendly staff and the stupid shower door that cant be shut properly, which resulted in the water from the shower being spilled onto the whole of the toilet. the hotel room phone cant be used either, either that or its just no one picking up on any of the lines. lastly, apparently there is another sfera residence with a similar name in seri kembangan, and we accidentally grabbed ourselves to that instead. this place is labelled as frasers residence in grab

Check in is fast. Parking is easy.. the room is so big , clean.. house is complete with basic amenities .. the hotel also clean with big pool, sauna & steam room.. will definitely come here again with my family . The negative is the tv is lack of channels & wifi connection is poor. So better have your own internet .

Previously when it was Fraser Residence it was worth the money spent now there is no restaurant or room service the place have not been well maintained at all and they need to stop blaming Covid as the money charged is pre Covid price but facilities not maintained

BAD customer service by hotel, RUDE security guards”
DO NOT STAY HERE if you want to have full hotel experience. We booked 2 rooms apartment and was given only 1 carpark. We requested for 1 more carpark. Sfera pushed the responsibility to security guard saying that it is not under control of Sfera. Security guard said "not enough carpark", when I saw plenty of car parks unoccupied. Sfera only managed less than half of the units here, staff attitude were BAD and not willing to assist. Sick and tired with the constant pushing & politics between Sfera and security guards. If you can't manage this, please do not offer this place for stay.

my bad experience in this hotel ”
1.Check in hotel takes me around 30 minute to wait for the receptionist. Because there is no one at the front desk and they don't place any contact number to call. 2. The room was so different from the picture. There is no carpet at all. and some stain at the sofa. I'm so disappointed with my room and not worth the money. 3. My honest review, this place was better,before they change their name to Sfera residence..because i have stay here before when the name still fraser residence everything was good. What i could say is the stay is not Value for money...sorry
