Adrar Hotel in Agadir”
The good 3*** Hotel Adrar in Agadir with good location. Some minutes to walk to the beach or the City Center. Parking is in front of the Hotel. The rooms are exactly the same as the photos in Agoda. Every room with private Bathroom (italian shower) and Balcony. The bed was clean. Every room is with individual Air condition (you can heat in Winter time). The rooms are very big. Wifi works perfectly in the rooms. The governante Miss Miryam is controlling every day the cleanness of the rooms. The Hotel is Under renovation, so ther's some noise and dust. The Restaurant could be better.

booked for one night then was moving on, it was so nice we stayed there for the week, hotel looks so much better than the pics online, also nothing was to much from any of the staff, will defo be going back there.

The staff and the organisation is not Prepared to deal many people at the same time. Breakfast: it was missing lots things, wet & bad cleaned plates, lack of coffee cups… a disaster. Reception: it was a caos. Hour and a half doing the check-in. Then the room paid was not the given. We had to ask the higher division we paid. Another wait. The room was provided with no towels so it took 4 hours to be delivered. Place clean, and nice to stay

I had to expend my cash because they only accepts local credit cards! I am came from USA, I supposed to have a nice view and what I have it was a noise parking lot that they were fixing and I had to present some fights among employees!! Even the room was clean the plumbing was bad leaking in the bathroom everywhere, in the nights noise was too much can’t rest!!! And breakfast was a mess every morning no matter how early o late! You literally have to fight for a spoon o a fork , never enough food ! And you have to wait long lines for it

Hotel reception lounge area is very nice lots of sofas sitting area and pool table , but the young receptionist was so unfriendly and miserable and not welcoming at all, he needs to be disciplined, but other staffs were okay, they say it’s 4 star hotel so that means they should have kettle and cups water in the bedrooms they had none of that we had to buy water from them with higher cost, it was ridiculous, i will never go there again.

It is only rated a 3 star and that's the quality that you get. The room we originally booked we couldn't get into as the key card didn't work, and the technician didn't come to fix it. So after a wait, we got given another room, we didn't get the sea view room we booked but a partial sea view room next the noisy noisy noisy night club where the music didn't stop until at least 1am. The floor of the room wasn't cleaned, had to give a deposit for the aircon remote and they were slow in changing the towels. The breakfast was fine, didn't change over the 3 days we were there, but that was ok with us. The swimming pool was good, although you had to bring your own towels, no pool towels provided. Overall it was an ok stay, the price we paid was ok for a 3 star hotel. If you don't have too high expectations for this property then you won't too disappointed.

Spend the extra money on a better hotel”
We travelled 4 people and we have travelled a lot all over the world and don't have crazy high hotel standards, which is why we figured this hotel would be fine for a week. However i would recommend anyone to spend the extra bucks on a better hotel. Spoke to local people who actually said this hotel is known in Agadir for not being good. 1. We had breakfast included in our stay, but the buffet is disgusting. It was very unsanitary. The glasses, plates and cutlery was very dirty. The machine with orange juice was not emptied and cleaned every day like it should, so the juice would stay there until someone drank it. 2. The rooms are equally dirty. We had to change room 6 times! (We where in 2 rooms, changed 3 times per room). The one we ended up in where still not satisfying but we did not want to deal with it anymore. We also paid for a triple room, but got doubles. There was no mini bar and hairdryer as advertised, also no safe for valueables. 3. The keycards to the rooms would stop working EVERY DAY! One day it was 4 times in one day. Super annoying. 4. There where construction in the building EVERY DAY! It was so loud by the pool and in the rooms. Sometimes the dust from the construction would come out over the pool area. 5. Want wifi in your room? Not at this hotel. Super low signal anywhere but the lobby and pool area. 6. A few days into our stay the light in our bathroom went out and we asked the staff in reception to fix it when we left in the morning. However they dont speak much english so the light never got fixed. 7. The cleaning seems so random, one day they took our bedding and just didn't bother to come back and put it on the duvet again. 8. The hotel is right in between night clubs and they play LOUD long into the night. 9. The pool is actually nice, However there is only one parasole for all the guests and i worried about the chlorine levels being correct because is saw the staff filling water directly in the pool from a hose. Low quality & low hygiene”
Room wasn't clean when we get. No shampoo or no shower gel. Breakfast is low quality and workers at the restaurant they doesn't using mask. Hotel wasnt that good as how we can see from photos.

Horrible Hotel ”
Terrible. Hard lumpy beds and pillows. I was in pain upon waking up. Awful breakfast, completely inedible!, dirty floors, and very loud, making it difficult to sleep. One night too many. Night club next door made it impossible to sleep thru the night. Once it let out, there was a traffic jam in the streets below and they honked their car horns for over an hour at 3:30am. The only nice part was how kind the staff was. They were sooo nice. However, I think that’s just the Moroccan people. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Slow check in, smelly rooms that are clean to some extent, no iron in the rooms no dry clean service, hairdryer didn’t work. Very slow check in one person on the check in desk. You get what you pay for wouldn’t book again

On the hotel site it clearly says free parking included but when you get there you get harrassed by someone with a yellow vest Everytime you get in your car. We also saw cockroaches the size of mice wondering around the hallways and our room really disgusting

Rude manager ”
I agree with a lot of the other comments on here . I would never recommend this hotel . the guy at Reception is so Rude it took me three hours to check-in and the room wasn’t even ready and that was 630pm in the evening. He kept telling me to wait for some reason. Room wasn’t the best either to be honest

Encore merci pour ce magnifique hôtel digne d'un palace parisien d'une d'un 5 étoiles accueil personnalisé en réception professionnalisme accueil en langue française anglaise arabe madame Nadia se présente à vous vous souhaite toujours la bienvenue avec un grand professionnel et un grand sourire avec une équipe formidable et extrêmement bien formé en ce qui concerne l'hôtel ce n'est plus que parfait c'est tout simplement magnifique les jambes sont magnifiques c'est grand c'est beau c'est propre et c'est surtout très chic la clientèle est au rendez-vous clientèle internationale cosmopolite et tout le monde y trouve son compte tout le monde dans une ambiance feutrée agréable dans un écrin de verdure en piscine magnifique hôtel en ce qui concerne les petits déjeuners irréprochables magnifiques nourriture fraîche de qualité digne d'un palace en ce qui concerne les chambres la gouvernante et son équipe du premier étage personnel très professionnel souriant extrêmement propre discret que de grandes qualités je pense que cette odele pourrait avoir 5 étoiles et non pas 3 et franchement il mérite ses 5 étoiles question qualité prix je vous laisse vous juger par vous-même je pense que c'est un des meilleurs hôtels d'Agadir voilà je reviendrai et je le recommande vivement merci encore à toute cette équipe formidable professionnelle gentille et souriante merci Madame Nadia
