Room noisy. Noisy fridge. Noise from other rooms. Regular trickling noises. Promised "Mountain view" mostly blocked by a staircase and plant directly outside.

The only issue I had was the bed in the room I was in was very dated. One side was higher the the other so you would always nearly roll off the bed.

This property is very easy to find and very close to cafes and only a short walk to the lake. We stayed in early september, for us it’s very cold but we were very glad the beds have electric blanket.

the place is at a great location everything within walking distance. however it's quite dated especially the furnishing. for the price can get a better hotel nearby wanaka.

We reach the hotel quite late( after office hours) and the staff leave us a note. Convenient and flexible.

Bella Vista Motel Lake Wanaka has one of the best location. It is near the Lake Wanaka, there is a convenience supermarket near its vicinity and friendly staff to greet you. We enjoyed our stay there.

Nice, clean hotel”

The motel is conveniently located in the middle of town. The place is very well maintained; our room was very clean. The room we had was quite small. No kitchen facilities but cups, plates and utensils and washing up stuff provided. Wifi free and of good quality. Staff friendly. Good value.

Close to central down town. Quiet location with good beds and bedding. Clean with adequate room for 2 travelers. 20 min walk to Wanaka tree.

Met the owner and what a great host ! He went out of his way to be helpful and accommodate our needs when it was a mistake I had made in booking....he had no need to help but he did...spot on bloke ...thank you

Central location. Room very clean but too hot and fan provided inadequate, reception staff cool and brusque. Kika’s restaurant next door very good, but wine rather pricey.

It was very warm when we arrived the room was not well ventilated with no air conditioning. Not great to achieve a good sleep. But overall a good place.

It was extremely hot when we were in Wanaka and I felt so hot and claustrophobic in the small bedroom and without a fan, hence I did not sleep much, but otherwise ok - a bit old and needs a little updating.

Great location, small room”

The room is very very small and you can’t expect any quite environment. People upstairs will make you suffer. Beside that you have great location in the town center. Price high during our stay.
