Four points is probably one of the best managed properties in Desaru outside of the glitzy resorts at shore side. Good staff interaction, solid breakfast options, clean & well ventilated rooms. Overall perfect for a weekend getaway & just nicely situated from the beach area. Quite a few restaurant & amenities available within walking distance. Would definitely recommend to all that wants good quality stay at affordable prices.

Room was new, clean and spacious. Very good service, had free shuttle bus service to the water park and Westin desaru coast. Breakfast was great as well, would definitely want to come back and stay here

hotel room size is generous, well kept by the hard working housing keeping team for our 4-night stay. the hotel staff from the front door, front desk, restaurant till the swimming pool safety are all professional, polite and friendly. They are young and well trained and ready to attend to guest's request. The carpark space is sufficient during my stay. There are restaurant, F&B, super markets within walking distance outside the hotel. Unless you must have sea views, else I would highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton Desaru.

Arrived early and room was ready which was good gesture but was disappointed that the floor was dirty, the room has a smell like no one stayed for a long time. Room is big, furniture looks new. Parking was chargeable at RM5 for one day parking multiply entries, this is reasonable amount for me. Breakfast was basic, not much varieties. Rows of shops, bakery and a supermarket opposite the hotel which is convenient. Recommended to eat at Heng Heng Seafood Restaurant just behind the supermarket.

Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Supermarket just across the road. Swimming pool was good size. Free shuttle to Westin resort beach at scheduled timings. Highly recommended and will return!

Short holiday stay”
The hotel is in a good location because there are many places to eat nearby and there is a mall. It is clean as it is new and the staff are courteous and friendly. However it is not in the beach front. We went on. Sedili river Kayaking tour so we were not too concern with the beach. There’s a swimming pool, gym and sauna. It’s nice and convenient.

Hotel is far from beach but they have shuttle service to n fro the beach at Westin hotel. Walking 5mins to shops , small mall, Dominos n supermarket. I prefer to stay here as the beach hotels will b far from outside food or supermarket.
