Staff super friendly and helpful, clean and nice”
I could easily rate 9 for the hotel, the space and 10 for staff. One thing I would like to suggest is to make the food better. Breakfast is a bit poor in choice and food taste is kinda average, ok but would be nicer with better food. Food on 36 floor restaurant also need to be improved. PLease take this is a constructive comment, also reflecting my personal taste. Will definitely recommend the hotel

Very friendly staff, they all go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. The room is very clean and beautiful and have a nice ocean view. The lovely front desk lady names Vy was very kind and had extended our check out time after she found out our flight was delayed.

I left the hotel with out an important item when I checked out. After a long time, I realized that I had lost something, and I went to the hotel late. Mr. Hoang, who I met in the lobby of the hotel. I was embarrassed and couldn't speak well, but he listened calmly (I'm not good at English) and told me to wait for a while and found my precious item. I'd like to say thank you in this review.

Very comfortable stay on business.”
I was in DaNang for business rather than tourism and so didn’t mind being a little away from the center. The hotel is nevertheless right on the beach front (although it isn’t a popular area of the beach) but it isn’t far to walk to a more popular part of the beach with more facilities. The hotel itself is excellent with great food, staff and facilities. The view from my room facing both out to sea and down the beach was fantastic.

The hotel is more business-orientated than holiday-spending type. facilities are satisfying. Staff are friendly and professional. The most attractive amenity is their sky pool at top of the 36/F building. Overlookling the sea and whole city at day Or night, what a romantic tine you can enjoy!

The room looks exactly as pictured. Spacious, clean and a perfect view of the beach! We loved the serenity spa...we went there twice, wanted to book another time but it was full. Don’t miss the spa if you are there! The breakfast spread was great too, loved the pho, hash browns and the daily supply of passion fruits! Coffee at the lobby cafe was also excellent. Minor gripe was that there was construction going on next door so it can get quite dusty at the balcony. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to people who want to just relax and enjoy the Danang beach.

Pros: Great breakfast buffet. Well equipped, well maintained, spacious gym - best hotel gym we’ve used in Vietnam. Clean, pleasant spa. Stone’s throw away from the beach. Cons: The beach karaoke (which occurs EVERY NIGHT) and the beach techno-party music (which occurs after karaoke EVERY NIGHT) are both VERY audible. May disturb some sleep. A little expensive.

Exceptional short-stay vacation”
We were staying during very low-key season so there were not many people to keep the atmosphere quiet and relaxed enough for our honeymoon. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, and they tried their best to support us during our stay, despite lack of human resources and some facilities (since they just re-opened after a few months due to the pandemic). Highly recommended. Definitely will return!
